I didn’t realize how sexy it would turn out and how much more slimmer and comfortable the Wilson grip is compared to the stock. I’ll keep the stock grip of course but I’m in love with the Wilson grip.

I really like that platform. I never really enjoyed shooting handguns until I got my hands around a M17. FYI I have the same feed problem with the m17, but not to the extent that I the m18 was exhibiting. The slide will not go all the way forward. This happens not very often and only when racking the first round from a fresh , full magazine. It will still fire. This has not happened, that I’ve noticed, during live fire. Yes I’ve cleaned it many times. I’m ocd with my hardware. I’m only about 500 rounds into the thing and maybe it will go away as it wears in. Just an awesome platform. I’ve never shot any other dull sized semi auto pistol so i have nothing to compare it to, but I know I very much enjoy it. I think I’ll get an M18 next. That is if I can get my hands on one. Aside from shooting it, the takedown is as simple is it can be. Takes me around 30 seconds to tear it down and 45 seconds to reassemble. I can’t say enough good things about it. The range employees recommend adding some weight to it with a heavier lower but I’m going to keep it as is for now. One thing, I’m confused about the optics. I read somewhere that it would only accept the Romeo 5 and not the Romeo 1. Is this true?
Keep up the good work Eric, Chad and all others. I love watching your videos.

Thanks for posting. New to handguns. Learned shooting with rifles. With my teacher watching, I compared the Sig M17, CZ 75, and an H&K after completion of a pistol course. My CZ shot group was the worst, H&K second best, Sig was best/tightest. Teacher thinks the Sig’s trigger feels natural, close to a rifle’s. Sig M17’s really nice, though really concerned about its drop safe history. Most friends are suggesting a Glock- shot 50 rounds through it the other day. Better shot groups with Glock vs the S&W MP 9, though still not as smooth as the Sig.
Will try the H&K again soon- it’s much pricier, a beautiful hand gun.

I'm _mostly_ kidding, but honestly I fired thousands of rounds through beat-up Berettas and never experienced a single malfunction. In all my time with them on the range I _never_ saw anyone else experience a malfunction with one either. Like I said, these were old service pistols that had seen use in Desert Storm, Kosovo, OIF1 and OIF2 by the time I got out. Literally the _only_ problem I ever had with the M9 were accidental magazine drops (happened to me twice during OIF1) when crawling on my belly. The only holsters we had were the WW2 model leather cross-draw rigs designed for the Colt 1911; when you had to crawl, sometimes these old holsters would engage the mag-release. That issue was the Army's fault, not the weapon's. M9 was an outstanding service pistol.

I had the same issue with my M18 with those ETS 30 round mags, it would lock the slide to the rear, couldnt get more than a few more rounds without it happening.

Well now that was a interesting video and I own about four of those STS clear plastic 30-round magazines and my sig p320 has no problem with them except for the next to the last round the slide always goes back to the wear and locks on the next to the last round on all three magazines and I have talked to the factory tech about it and

Not even auto manufacturers can match the plastic bumper to sheet metal of the vehicle and it usually gets worse over time under the sun and elements. I hope to buy a few of the modern Sigs in the future but not now, supplies and delays by my state of CA is making things a bit difficult.

I have a dumb question. Especially because I own the 320 Legion. But aren’t all 320’s the same? Just different polymer housing with the same trigger assembly. Why does Sig have so many different names for basically the same gun. Either way, I absolutely love the weapon.

Eric, I don't mean to be the one to point it out, but I noticed you futzing with the trigger reset a few different times in this video. I'm curious why you didn't mention it? I ask because I've had the same issue with my brother-in-law's P320, as well as dry firing new P320s, and M17s on the gun counter. In my opinion the spongy trigger makes it difficult to feel the reset.
