Merlin's eyes have pure love and then "I can't keep it all in anymoreee" and Arthur's eyes have confusion, like he can't figure Merlin out and then " God you're so cute"
There is always something amidst that confusion in Arthur's eyes - oftentimes gratitude, affection, admiration, amusement, intrigue,...you name it. And then, there are these moments where pure love is all that shines through 😊

I just rewatched the show AGAIN . And I "ve realized that none of us will get through the sad end until they make a movie or a remake. Once you rewatch it the sadness came back again, I have never felt that for any show. Maybe they have used magic on us 😁 lol. I will never forget this show And I hope that our dream of seing Arthur return will be realized soon. They have torture us enough already.

Read fanfiction. I always forget Arthur canonically died because I've read more fix-it's than I can keep track of

It's basically a retelling of the entire show from Merlin's perspective and it's really good so far. Like I said it's still being updated so it isn't finished but if ur looking for more recs I feel like that's a classic❤️
