Quick question about trademarks though, hope it's not too obvious, but where can I actually check if something (like a quote, word, or design) has been trademarked? Thanks!
I know this was made 2 years ago - but just went on a trademark search database and the term "Be Kind" is not trademarked from what i can see - can you confirm Heather?
as you said "be kind" is trade marl, how would we know what we are creating ir trade mark or not ? thanks in advance

Thank you for the great video. But sometimes I wonder if all these sales come from outside traffic, like a blog or social media, Pinterest….like people with a big following are able to generate those big numbers. Not sure if just finding the niche is enough. Thoughts?? 🤔🤔🤔🙏🙏🙏

Be kind is a word that all of us use. I find it weird to be trademarked but well facts are facts. Thank you for an other nice video!
Is there a way to find the top selling Etsy sellers in a specific category? Bee Kind is tradmarked???
What’s your definition of a niche (market)? I see you dive deeper into a particular t-shirt design that apparently sells well and conclude that it’s a profitable niche.
Heather do you find listing that are priced really low like the ones you showed rank higher because they are clicked on more being on the front page and selling for $10+ - only once you click on it you see its usually for a baby onesie and never for the actual shirt. Do you think its a good idea to use the price strategy trick??
Obviously, I'm not Heather, but I personally would advise against it. These low price tricks are essentially Clickbait and it's liable to leave your customer feeling frustrated and drive them away from the listing. I know every time I've been baited on Etsy by a fake price tag, I left and made sure to make a note of the shop so that I could avoid being tricked again and wasting my time
May I ask, I have asked two questions now and they have both being deleted? I have no idea why this is happening. I have joined your facebook group so maybe it will be easier to ask in there instead. But I am still curious why?

My POD partner's printing costs is more than their selling price
make sure when your looking at other sellers prices that you add the items to the shopping cart to see the REAL price. because a lot of the time the first price shown is not what it actually is for what you were expecting.
A lot of the time, those sellers are actually including the price for toddlers or kids shirts. Once you click on a listing, click through the size options and you'll see that an average large adult shirt is much more costly. They essentially use the cheap price of a child's shirt as Clickbait
