  • Demonstration of clinical Dry Cupping techniques to the scapula and c-spine by Dawn Morse.
Clinical Vacuum Dry Cupping is an excellent way to reduce musculoskeletal pain and discomfort which can cause reduced range of movement in the associated joints. Cupping also increases localised blood flow in the area treated, which can help to increase nutrient and oxygen content in the tissues treated.
In this short video Dawn Morse, founder of Core Elements Training, demonstrates vacuum Dry Cupping using the sliding technique to the scapula and C-spine. This is a great way to reduce muscle tension and pain in the mid and upper thoracic region and within the cervical spine.
This video is aimed at therapy professionals who have completed a course in myofascial or clinical Dry Cupping.
This is an example of one of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited day CPD course in Myofascial Dry Cupping, which is available as a face to face course in Swindon and Liverpool, or via Live Online delivery, or fully Online.
