Sweet little Pax - he even went back over to Poppy to be friends with her but she was still determined to be mean so he went back to daddy. Poppy is adorable but she has serious jealousy issues that dont seem to be going away.
Poppy can be vicious even when Pax is super sweet. Impossible not to fall in love with Pax. He's an angel.
I love them both SO much, but i can certainly relate to Poppy. She went from having all of daddy's love to half. 💔 She tries so hard to show who's really "top dog". Normal behavior for kids. Bless her little soul, and yours for being so good to them. 🤗

That's what I think. It might not be a good idea to keep them together! At least not right now
They're supervised. Might make sense to not leave them unsupervised alone, but would be a real shame to separate them all the time, they have good moments too, and I don't think she really hurt him. They're animals, Poppy is going to establish dominance or physically express frustration at times, just like a cat or dog would.
They’re fine. You’re not in their house. You see literally one minute of their day. Keep that in mind. One minute.

It’s probably a good idea to monitor them like you have been bc not only does this look like jealousy of a new arrival and showing whose boss, but also like she’s picking on him bc he’s weaker with his missing leg. If unchecked, it could turn actually violent between them. Keep up the good work in working with them. 🤎
