Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
1/2 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 launch
1 red pepper
1 stick of celery
1 carrot
2 potatoes
salt and black pepper
1.5 liters of water (6 cups)
Parsely
200 ml whipping cream (5/6 cup)
