@@casualweekday-ytshadowbang2469 I think that goes for any minority comedian ...some take it too far though, and they extend the "I'm different because..." openers to last the ENTIRE set Even if it's exaggerated or self-denigrating, it eventually gets to a point were it's like, "okay we get it!!" For example, there was a British comedian in the 80's called Eddie Izzard, his gimmick was being a drag queen (which is like blackface for the LGBT crowd)...but I try to love all comedy, so I tried to watch his routine anyway. He of course opened with the drag stuff...but he would NOT LET IT GO ....I eventually had to stop watching halfway through.
