Can you guys show labs from female that’s been on 6 months of keto or carnivore with optimal thyroid?

I would think that would be uniquely modified for each person where their optimal level is. As in what works for you maybe not working for me.

How do we find someone like Dani Conway. I do have low thyroid and hormones are funky. I am postmenopausal.

Whats the type of specialty that this doctor practises so I can consult with one like her? Who reads *87* pannels in bloodwork and connects them all, does not look at indicator one by one.
I am 26 and suffer from hormonal prevalent acne since age 15/16. Its not terrible but its very persistent and prevalent, leaving small acne scars all over, also a little on chest and back. I went from vegetarian as a teen, to whole foods organic, to mostly animal based organic, but rn Im trying to drop all general use of carbs - pasta, bread, dates, rice, potatoes… and milk… I am gonna try animal meats organic, eggs, butter and coconut and salt that’s it

The acne tends to be associated with gut permeability, when undigested particles enter your blood stream through the damaged tight junctions on the interstitial wall causing an immune response. Perhaps a lifetime of inappropriate diet has caused the damage. Look into Dr. Szofia Clemens PKD diet to reverse gut permeability (high fat carnivore with organ meat). In this total elimination diet you will be able to see exactly what foods trigger your acne whenever you reintroduce them. Common triggers are caffeine, nuts and legumes like peanuts, dairy... focus on healing your gut first, otherwise your body isn't able to properly absorb nutrients from food and skin reactions will never cease.

    • @pera06
      @pera06 Год назад

Wheat is the worst enemy. The proteins in wheat have been shown to increase gut permeability. Try 100% high fat carnivore (2:1 fat to protein) and 50g liver 3 times per week. Heart, kidneys, brains, tails, a cup of bone broth with your meals. Zero plants. Absolutely zero. Your skin will clear in less than a month.

Try to do more of red meat, fat and water (like 90% of your diet) and make the rest butter, eggs, little bacon and VERY little chicken and fish, if any, and you'll heal faster than you ever dreamed. That's a promise. Boring at the beginning? Yes....Cravings for junk? Yes...But then.....Your body will adapt and the red meat is going to start tasting more amazing each day. I tried it, and they (Anthony Chaffee, Ken berry) were right about that!! Good luck to you.

@@David-R. and how do you keep your breath fresh with those foods...? I can eat that way, but I feel it lacks acidity, enzymes, mainly for the sake of breath...

Is anybody able to tell me if they ended up giving us any tips on how to eat for hormones? Were there any tips for throughout the different stages of the month?
I attempted twice to watch this video through, but it all sounded so irrelevant.
I'm finding it so tiring trying to find information for women where they just get to the point.

Im 61, taking estrogen injections, pegestron troki, and testosterone injections. Was doing fine with my blood work. But now I've been on carnivor for 1 week now, and for the last 3 days, I started hot flashes. Haven't had those in years.
    Her response didn't help.

Your body is adjusting to the new nutrition. It is so important to eat enough but also your endocrine system may be competing with the added hormones perhaps?

@brendakemp9060 There are many estrogen hormones in feed for female reproduction for chickens and cows, and YES, in low grade meat there is estrogen added!

@jbarber1016 That doesn't make any sense at all. Mass plant consumption/agriculture is also extremely damaging to the environment and demonstrably so (e.g. the erosion of top soil, millions of rodents and birds dying from harvest and pesticides etc). What evidence do you have to support your statement that humans can be "healthy" on a plant based diet? What's your definition of "healthy"? My clinical knowledge and experience tells me that it's a complete fallacy to associate "health" with a plant based diet in the complete absence of animal-based food sources. Plants can be "part" of a healthy diet but in absolutely no way should meats and other unprocessed animal products be completely removed from the human diet. That goes completely against real unbiased science and facts as demonstrated by over 2 million years of evolution. Although it is extremely hard to devise RCTs to demonstrate"cause and effect" either way, It is absolutely clear from other hard scientific facts and biomarkers that a plant based diet naturally rich in carbohydrates/fructose/trans fats (manufactured seed oils), sugars and anti-nutrients is detrimental to human health particularly in the absence of animal-based food. I can elaborate on this further another time.
There are many ways to improve farming for instance. The solution longterm is certainly NOT its eradication or a shift to a plant based diet. That's ideology jumping in (using the global issues as an excuse) and taking precedence over logic and scientific facts.

What everyone should know is that mass meat production is horrible for the environment. And when you can be healthy on mostly plants eating tons of meat is highly irresponsible.
