Been waiting for you to review this watch. It has to be the most simplest dial design for a worldtime watch, and it’s a fantastic look. Other worldtime watches the dial design is so busy I would not be able to read it. This one is on my radar!
This looks great but with such a thin outer ring I wonder how durable it would be (a GMT is meant for travelling and therefore needs to be resistant to knocks and dings), to me this is like a hybrid dress/GMT watch. There is a reason very few GMT watches go for such a delicate and refined look.
Love that design with the domed crystal and the world timer complication and the more I look at it the more I like it! I bet that would look amazing on a leather strap as well as on that bracelet.
That is a good video, and good analysis on Junghans, shows that a lot people get hung up on any kind change, good or bad because they feel like these companies are "there brand" and cannot change unless they say so. A little nuts, but true
I wish they had incorporated elements to indicate which cities use daylight savings time and which don't the way the Omega Seamaster Worldtimer changes the font color for DST cities vs non DST cities. When you are paying for so much for a watch that lets you see exactly what time it is elsewhere in the world just by looking at it, you should be able to tell exactly what time it is elsewhere in the world just by looking at it.
In all fairness, for the price difference of the two watches, you could have a watchmaker custom add that detail to a Junghans and still have airfare for a vacation leftover.
I've recently come across a reasonably priced example of this watch. However, it is only available in plexiglass. What is your take on the debate between plexiglass and Sapphire? At the very least, in the context of Junghans Watches?
@Nigel Molesworth I meant not everyone turns the clocks. For example sometime it’s a 3 hour time difference from Honolulu to California and sometimes it’s a 2 hour difference. So what happens then?
Now this is a watch I really want to see in real life, terrific design elements that re brilliantly executed in an understated yet elegant style.
A most clean, stripped-back dial in comparison with a typical worldtimer. And a memorable dial too. Well matched bracelet.
Lovely.

Great photography and videography. Beautiful watch and something outside the standard look. Nicely done!
That's very attractive Junghans here! The complication looks cool, modern and yet classic & elegant. Thanks for showing!

Junghans is nice. It's your "fault" that I've got a Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope with the antracite dial. ;)
I have the Meister Chronometer. That will always remain in my collection. Picked it up for $1,300 new. What a bargain.
You got me into watches. My first watch will be through your site.
Thank you for the content.
I have been binge-watching these watch reviews non-stop
Thanks for watching! I hope they help!
Amazing piece! Really nice, now I might have to reconsider the watches I was thinking on getting this 2021...

That looks a lot more expensive than it is.
Wonderful camera work and presentation 👌. Also, great to see something different in this price range....beautiful looking watch. Thanks for uploading
Junghans never fails to release absolute bomb watches 👌
Gorgeous! If I was going to spend $2,000 on a watch this would be the one!

Something a little different. I like it! Thx Teddy. Keep 'em coming!
I missed an explanation of how the actual times zones work. How do you set it up/read other zones?
It would have been nice if you taught your audience how to use the World Timer complication

Very cool watch. Something different under the sun.
I don't know why people wanna spend thousands and millions on a watch while this masterpiece exists.
Love the clean look, but the city names are very small, and hard to read.
I can see you wearing this while traveling around the globe with Courtney 😃
She would claim the watch halfway through the trip haha. Thanks for watching, AJ!

Beautiful watch!
That's one gorgeous watch :o
How do you account to day lights savings time with this complication?

Wht hppnd with the giveaway ?
Dang this one’s beautiful
A GMT watch without a date complication, in my humble opinion, is quite useless.

They make fantastic watches I love my Chronoscope.
