Just bear in mind, people, for a Forma in WF it costs just over $1 in real money, and also very easy to obtain.
In TFD, it'll cost you $25 for ONE, or you'll be spending literal hours grinding the resources needed to just to craft one, if you also get lucky with the Vaults.
Don't expect the same grind as WF, it demands a lot more from you, but everything is still craftable, other than skins.

Yeah..but he's an insufferable asshole for the rest of his runtime. He eventually gets what he deserves, but the sad part there is the player doesn't get to do it to him
Like with any warframe clone, once it starts feeling like warframe, you’ll start seeing the cracks and scotchtaped features more prominently. Tried it, felt like a mobile game on roids. Fun for the non-warframe player but mediocre at best for those in the know.
It's missing some cool features from warframe like the faster mobility/bullet jump and melee combat, but this game also has some cool ones too like the Colossus boss fights which is where you farm a lot of parts for crafting descendants and ultimate weapons.
I used to play Warframe a lot back then. The first descendant started introducing Warframe's mechanics really quick and I noticed that everything was justa watered down version of Warframe with Waifus. The waifus were not enough to keep me playing though.

@@sgtdroidyeah, I don't really see it lasting too long without some major changes. It's definitely also got that Warframe feel of people showing up to group content with the "Flavor of the week" toon but no idea how to actually build or play em at all

This sounds one of those games that you'll either get hooked up on, and spend a good amount of money in it, or you'll play until you hit that first pay wall and then drop it, and go back to warframe or some other game you are more familiar with.

Na you still have to level your weapons for mastery! Iv been playing. I lot of the features you mentioned you like are features in destiny.

there is no bulletjumping but there is a mod for mid-air grappling and im hoping it will feel a little more like bulletjumping x.x
when i will finally drop it...... this game is grindy..... so.... so.... grindy......

This game sure doesn't seem like a very good package. I'm sure it can come together nicely if they respond to all the feedback regarding the many monetization problems. While I wasn't personally interested in it, learning about it was an excellent excuse to watch one of your videos. Thank you for your service.

I never played warframe cause I thought it's a clone of Destiny but I did enjoy Destiny

Honestly, Warframe is about as far from a Destiny clone as you can get while still being in a similar genre. You should give it a try at some point. Keep in mind, though, it can be quite overwhelming to new players.

i changed from d2 (i had 1.8kh in d2) to wf in like couple of months (i have now 3k+ in wf) the gamers are not rlly alike, like not at all, and tbh after d2, wf felt like an upgrade while tfd does feel like a downgrade, even though i already have 148h in tfd and i am gonna still play it bcs i have nothing els to do, but it feels like a "not done" version of wf, and they added so much more grind, never though i would say this but bruh tfd is much more grindy than warframe x_x (i was farming 3 days, 14/16h everyday for 1 ult gley, i got her and now its crafting but i never spend around 50h in wf to get 1 prime frame)

We can start calling these knock off games FRAME likes
90% of power comes from boring ass mods that just add stats.
90% of gameplay is you shooting your weapon.
That is the real dealbreaker for me.
You take a look at warframe and sure you can make a weapons focussed build but the real deal are the warframe powers synergizing with your mods and weapons in crazy ways to make you feel like a god.
If you like that kind of gameplay, Descendant will not offer it.
I just wished warframe would not have that weird ass design and would make every frame look like it was made out of molten plastic.

Why are people comparing these two games right fricken away it JUST came out warframes been out for 7 years and this game just got here and say oh warframes better ofc it is its had time to progress i bet ya 100% when warframe just came out people called it shat bc it was when it came out so wait a cuple months till u give a opinion or there wont be any value to your opinion
because the TFD obviously looked at warframe and was like, "we gonna copy that game" but you dont find it extremely funny that they didnt copy the Microtrans system? they kept all the microtrans system that will make them tons of money and sucks for the consumer. yeah. they had the option too copy it, but they didnt.
1. wf is like 12 years old
2.they where not shy to copy a bunch of stuf from wf d2 etc (btw i am not against it, i have more games to play so yeah its good for me)
3.if a game that coming out in 2024 is as bad as a game that came out in 2013 it only means 1 thing, its trash.... basicly tfd has all the info, the base ground for there game, but u are saying that wf that came out in 2013 was bad at the start so its okay if a game that has a base ground they openly copied does as bad in 2024?

@mariamkjm7349 understandable sorry kinda responding to other people and at the time writing this comment I'd admit I was mad at that moment xD in my eyes I see warframe as a bigger brother to tfd and in tfd eyes it wants to be better or as good as warframe and make him proud they are new to the world and yes it will take them a long time for tfd to improve but at this moment I'd say it's 50%good 50% bad I feel like they don't want to copy the premium trade thing bc I feel like people will then say oh look there actually copying warframe so I'm wondering what can they do to improve when if they do try to some will still say the same thing(I understand that this will happen no matter what bc well people complain all the time ^^") in my opinion if they add trading they could add premium trading buut they could add some type of twist to it maybe idk.. now I have no where as much time as u on warframe I have around 700 hours but in my experience I'm "bored" of warframes repetitive but very good story quests short most of the time but really god but after that what next? Ya know what I mean that's why I feel like most warframe players are getting to mad about this game they don't have to stop playing warframe to play tfd what im doing is playing warframe when a youtuber I watch streams or there's a update then after that update I'll prob head to the first descendant to grind since the grind is alot harder plus I feel like they make it hard so that they have more time to then add more content I feel like once there done everything to the point the game is stable they will make stuff easier ya know I just don't get why people can't have civil conversation about the two stuff now I haven't played much destiny2 so I'll leave that to you and what your perspective on it is have a nice day sorry again for if I sayed anything I may have not ment at the previous comment of mine

again i am enjoy it as for now, and yeah i get wf even though it has a bunch of content its like yeah there is an end to it too,
even though i didnt feel much of the repetitive in wf when i just started playing ofc when i got like 500+ hours its all the same, and now too all the same gameplay, but with what they add like the duviri it felt something new like fresh if u know what i mean,
that what i expected from tfd like something new fresh, but it wasnt there sadly, the game is waaay to repetitive for only just 140+ hours (i know for some people its a lot, but for a grindy person as me its like not much)
but it felt like forever mostly bcs the cooldowns of the missions and the rates ofc, they made it waay to grindy,
u will get at a point where u think tf did they even do that, why do they make my life so hard, and its rlly getting hard at some point just to farm 1 resource,
about the currency trading i think well, its a lil to late for not be the "comparison to wf", again they are not shy to copy like a bunch of systems but they are shy to copy something thats good for the player base 😅 u know what i mean, they dont want to for now at least, and i understand that, they gonna make a lot more money this way, i am not saying its good or bad (okay no its not good) but i understand that,
and i also understand u bcs bruh there are so many like crazy people, but i think about most of them as myself like we expected more, something new, something els, but we got the old good warframe just in a different shape, at least that for now, i hope they will make tfd rlly good so wf has a good competition i am al for it, i will have more games to play :D
