The problem with this track on the SIM is that it's not bumpy at all. Way faster than in reality. Modern Single seaters absolutely struggle but they're all super stable here.
The target time in real life usually between 40 to 44 second mark.
This is where I’m gonna have to disagree with you. The one he’s driving is laser scanned. Doesn’t really get more accurate. It’s the camera on the game he’s using to show you the runs. They don’t capture the suspension movement like they do irl when they are WAY zoomed in on the car.
It is also very hard to simulate the tarmac levels of grip. Ideally you would probably run the lowest grip setting as possible in AC to create a realistic surface.
Don't forget there's no danger in crashing the car in a sim. No one is pushing the car to 100% IRL, especially not at goodwood where they use haybales as barriers and it's only for fun.

one factor I didnt take into account the first time I went beating the Goodwood hill record is the fact that they don't get tyre warmers up the hill so here's a content idea, do the same with no tyre warmers because I tried it in the I.D. R and that took me a lot of cursing and that car on it's own is already good on tyre warmup unlike WEC Hypercars
Idk if the Mcmurry is in asseto corsa but It would have been interesting to push It In game to really see the difference because a pilot would not push the car as hard as In game
Also I think they limit electric cars to 150mph
Same for every car here. The track here is also super smooth. Nothing like reality
Should run some control tests with cars in Asseto Corsa which have done the runs for real to see what the time delta between the circuit model and eeality is.

Wow is awsome that the GT500 beat the LMH and Dpi with similar power and worse aerodinamic and a bit slower than the F1 10 years ago, with better aerodinamic and too less weight, in the other hand i expect that the Valkyrie AMR were in the similar place than LMP1
The 919 Evo and McMurtry Spierling at Goodwood easily could've had 10000+ bhp.

The Spierling is so fast, and such an impressive machine. But it also looks like a compressed sack of crap and is one of the most hideous cars of all time. Idk whether to be mightily impressed or repulsed at it.
