Nice build. Can the TH3 take 2s also, like the TH2? Might be fun on the outside flights. I fly 2s alot on 0802 16000kv motors.
If I remember correctly, I think it can(but I think EMAX doesn'trecommendit). This Flight controller specifically comes with a 1S BT2.0 battery lead.
Would you chose this or the tinygo 4k? For indoor and outdoor use. Who have the max distance? Battery life? Camera quality? Thanks
That's a good question... The TinyhawkIII would have better image/resolution in the goggles while flying, but the TinyGo would have the better image/resolution(4K) in the SD card. The range would be better in the TinyhawkIII since it's optioned with ExpressLRS. As far a Battery life, it's very similar between 3-4 minutes. As far as Indoor vs Outdoor flights, the TinyGo is better at outdoor flying, while the TinyhawkIII is slightly better at indoor flying.
So i have a lite radio 3 and the goggle that came with my Cetus x
I’m thinking about ordering and mobula 7 & a tiny hawk 3 (just the drone) but I need to know if they can be compatible with the goggles and lite radio I already have
Because if not then I’ll just only order the tiny hawk 3 kit (radio & goggles) being I’m on a budget ,

In order for a drone to work with a radio or goggles, it. needs to have the same protocol. I think all three drones are analog, so your existing FPV goggles should work. What I don’t know is the protocol of your Lite Radio3. Either way, the drone needs to match the protocol of your radio. If its ELRS, you’ll need to buy an ELRS drone..If its FRSKY, you’ll need an FrSky drone.
You could 3D print a new camera hood. Yeah emax can definitely update this but they look slow to jump on updates
Yes sir..I might try that in the future. My printer has been giving me issues. Video on that coming soon.
@@OneManUnmanned I didn’t know you had one. I don’t know if you can use LiDAR to scan the drone to help create the part.
I just got my 1st printer a month or two ago and doing testing/ reviews. It's going to be a while till the review comes out, as I'm having issues.
It’s funny that the image here looks way better than emax’s official hdzero version 1 year later.

Love this. Bruh, we're on the same level. Except my platform of choice is the old King Kong ET100. I got 2 on hand, one with 1104 motors, and a Caddx Turtle V2 on board. That one I run as a 3S. I fly mostly indoors in a small one-bedroom apartment in Angle mode. Got the little guys flying like cinewhoops - or demons, depending on my moods.

@@OneManUnmanned Detuned. It gets 39% available power, with a huge sweet spot mid-throttle. Mid-throttle is also the hover point; max throttle gives me a gentle ascent. Most of the power is below hover point so I can perch real easy. Without the trick throttle I'd be useless.
I get about 6 minutes flight time, running the pack down to 3.53 volts/cell. With the DVR in auto-record. Quiet and efficient.

I was concerned about replacement parts for my TH3 becoming harder to get as time goes on. Definitely will do an ELRS/HDZ on a TH3 frame at some point - sooner if my dog chomps through another AIO board.
Haha.. keep them away from the dog. The HDZero Whoop Lite VTX is an amazing upgrade.
