i mean its loud, but with the baffle in id say its not gonna be picked up for anything by the rozzers. So far touch wood ive been ok but i guess it depends on the area youre in and the what the police are like there. In Lincs theyre all ok to be fair
Thanks :) really appreciate it ! last time i checked i was about 185cm, but my Dainese motorcycle boots have a slight heel on which is about 1.5cm which helps a tad. I can flat foot it both sides anyway even without them :) no where near as tall as KTMs thankfully XD
imo, the shape of this exhaust suits the bike so much better, only because after you take the stock ex off theres alot space to fill and i think this one looks really sweet. I think its a case of how you want the bike to look, performance wise theyre probably the same although the CRT doesnt have a baffle which i thinks ok but may be worth having a baffle just incase you get pulled for it xd
www.sc-project.com/en/new-series-of-silencers-yamaha-yzf-r7/ might have to pay import tax on it but its reliable and id rather pay a bit more knowing im getting the product i pay for, heres the site bud :)
@@JamesBond-ph6hr i mean its quite tall, so if youre a bit shorter and find yourself tip toeing at lights etc you may find it a bit heavier. Its 188Kg wet so its not too heavy but not as light as my old CBR500R
@@JamesBond-ph6hr yeah 100%, i looked at the aprilia but the price for this was much more reasonable for my budget at the time. Also if you want to get a restricted version you have to buy a completely different bike I believe, they made a 100 bhp bike and a 95bph one which seems like a ballache for 5 extra horses
sounds like most other parallel twins xd but the thing is you cant hear the engine in the video, only the exhaust, when you have the stock exhaust on and some earplugs then you can actually hear the engine sound rather than the exhaust. Doesnt help the exhaust isnt supposed to have the baffle in but for my ears sake ive decided to keep it in. It'll be the baffle making that raspy weird sound, not the engine.
See how good my google translation skills are XD
Is this exhaust ok for road use in the UK. The site says racing only.

Thanks bud ! Need to upgrade the ear pro a little though :D
Lovely bike and good review
What’s your height, I’m 183cm.

Not sure if I should get this or the crt from sc project

@@ACSLincs thanks mate
This bike is so heavy mate!
Do you think it is? Just in general or compared to any other specific models? Thanks.

@@ACSLincs yeah I guess. But I suppose compared to it’s competitors (CBR650R and rs660) it’s pretty respectable.

reminds me of Aprilia gilera sp02 o.O
yeah the yellow spot on the fronts pretty similar ! might have to get a yellow seat cowl :D
I really wanted one but this engine sounds like an awful lawnmower no matter the exhaust system which kinda draws me away from it hahah

Lo único malo es el sonido… nada como el de la r6. El único que lo conservó es Honda
