awesome job ,I love it ,great video. I did the same thing that you did with using paper beads as nuts and bolt , I put them on a book shelf I have been working on for weeks now. it is a big book case
Thank you very much Daryl...well, truly speaking one can make it as strong as a plastic rack by adding few more newspaper tubes to the legs or replacing the middle shelve with another cardboard shelve like the bottom one or apply more glue or modpodge to entire article...it's goes on...just an idea and depend upon how you want to use it..you can use it years together, absolutely no problem...after all these are best out of waste....yes with the one I am showing, takes load of 5 to 6 kg ... if most of the weight kept on the lower cardboard shelve...
Thank you very much Gayathri..it depends how you want to use it...the bottom cardboard rack is meant for heavy things and upper both for light things like .spice boxes or cellphones, books etc...
No dear this particular one is a fancy item and not for regular use...I appreciate your interest and would like to make another one with different style which can really be useful....
Mitanjali .M thanks maam. For clearing my doubt.like I saw your video for waterproof laudry box so I thought this might be also useful in kitchen for some use.thank u
@Priyanka - From Mitanjali's incredible example, it's possible to increase the strength of a project by combing several newspaper tubes into one solid tube. Wrapping tubes together could also be another to increase the strength.
Yes you need, Newspaper, cardboard, craft glue (any good glue), paper cutter, scissor, ruler, marker pen, thread, ball pen refill and knitting needle to roll the tube
Thank you very much Ravi...there are few aspects you must watch out...like making the legs, one can do it more stronger by adding few more stick to it or adding the middle shelve with a cardboard instead of newspaper frame or just add more glue to those newspaper frames...goes on...so it depends how you want to use it, it's just an idea and good enough to use in daily life ...thank you very much..
