Brilliant!!! I've just got a ct-f950 and my new belts arrived today, you've made what I heard was a really difficult job seem quite easy.

Outstanding job. That noise in the motor might just be dry bearing. I'm looking forward to purchasing one of the CTF900 OR CTF950 thanks for the video Outstanding

Lots of useful info- just got one that I will be replacing belts on and this will be a great reference. I realize that it is about a year from when you posted this, but am curious why you did not replace the idler tire, or at least rejuvenate it?

Heard about that spring on idle tire, just too temperamental of a machine for me. 1 came up for sale on CL. chickened-out, seller claimed new belts but seem so far from the truth from his limited pics.

    Greeting and Salutations
    Great series!
I purchased the new Tire Rubers for the Pinch Rollers and would like to know the best way to get those tires out.
Should I remove the arms and then knock the pin through with an Awl? Hate to remove the right one with that plastic adjustment nut.
Are can I pry the arm tongues wide enough without breaking one?
    Thanks in advance.

Hi ser. Very nice video. Very good tutorial. I have the same deck and gonna need to do the same service to transport soon. I have questions. Did you change idler tire as well and where did you get the belts from? There is some on ebay, belts only no idler for around us $20, but I'm not sure about quality. Who would you recommend. Thanks in advance.
