    This is a good review as I am tossing up between getting the IP Duo versus IP Lux. I like the option of adjusting to low pressure on the Duo for foods such as eggs.

    Thanks for showing us how to make Sambar. I have a 6 quart insta pot pro. I am cooking one cup toor dhal and 3 cups vegetable. Can I put all at once with the tamarind and jaggery? How much water should I add into all this ? Thanks

    Moringa Drumsticks, I didn't know how to prepare them. I have 4 Moringa Trees in my yard. Will try them fresh in this recipe.

    Nice! For cooking vegetables 1-2 min will do, else they get overcooked and lose nutrition value.

    I wish Indian food were more popular in Brazil, but it is very hard to find the right ingredients or affordable restaurants to try such delicious dishes. I supoose it’s because we don’t have a very large Indian community in Brazil like the Japanese or Italian ones. :(

      Spices are generally easy to gather, but more specific ingredients, like curry leaves, are very... VERY hard.

      Hi Danii! I live in a small suburb in the US and i actually have a small baby curry leaf plant. there is this website Logees.com and they sell Curry leaf plants. Maybe you can buy a small plant and grow it. Im sure with the weather in Brazil it will grow quickly since its similar to India.
