Arnold Schwarzenegger said he knows how those kids feel when he is in the room. Having dinner with André the Giant, Arnold tried to pay & André picked him up like a 4 year old & said NO. Without any effort he tossed him around like he was a bag of sugar. You aren't the big man tonight, I am, & you'll do what I tell you to do. Now SIT... Arnold Schwarzenegger said he never experienced what it was like to be on the receiving end like that. (Much Love & respect for André the Giant - RIP)
I just heard this the other day! 😂😂
The story about that dinner is that Arnold tried to pay for the dinner and Andre wanted to so Andre picked Arnold up and placed him on top of a cabinet like a little toy and then went and paid for the meal.
You would also like the Arnold movie Twins-1988, I think.
Not a big fan of Arnie, but definitely like Twiins.
Twins came out in 1988.
Twins is a great arnie movie
@@chrisbryz1652 So is Commando
Arnold has plenty of comedies…he doesn’t get the respect he deserves for the comedic roles he does. I get the action stuff but really enjoy watching this side of him ☺️
Man, I just noticed that the kindergarten classroom is flipping AWESOME!! That loft? Oh, such fun.
Linda Hunt (principal) is great. I loved her in the western Silverado, The Relic (horror), She-Devil and on NCIS:Los Angeles.
When I was an English teacher in China I had a class of kindergarten age students. They were a lot of work but a lot of fun too. Sunny one of my first students. I was the first white man she had ever seen.
She was so frightened of me she screamed and ran behind her father. It took a while for her to become comfortable with me but on the last day of classes she gave me a great big hug. It was a lot of work but I really miss teaching kindergarten.
You need to watch "Twins" another great comedic role for Arnold. Two thumbs up!!!
Added to my list, thanks for the suggestion.
“TWINS” is another great Schwarzenegger comedy. I think you’d love it. Great reaction! The kids tickled me the most.
Added!
Love Arnold in this absolute classic!
As a male Kindergarten teacher of 21 years I was very influenced by this movie. I can tell you the scene where Arnold falls, face first on to the bed at the end of the day is very real to me! 😅
In relation to the movie script: We had a pet Guinea Pig instead of a Ferret. Turning the light off works well for when the class is getting too wild. Instead of a whistle we used a round, wooden Xylophone. We did a dance showing at the end of the year for all the parents to watch. The childrens one liners brings back so many funny memories. Having said this, the parents/staff first impression of me, though mostly positive wasn't always. I came to realise and understand 'respect is earned not owed'.
Made the decision to leave a couple of years ago. Miss it immensely..
My dad taught special ed. I saw the bed flop alot.
@@celiashen5490 Haha it’s very rewarding, though it takes a lot out of you! We would cater for Special Educational Needs also ..
Thank you for your nice story. Teachers are a gift
@@AwesomeUSMovies Thank you .. I always enjoy your reactions 🙏🏼
The funniest part of the movie to me is when he just drops the kid who has been eating all the other kids lunches.
Interesting fact:
In 1989, Arnold was making the film Kindergarten Cop in Oregon. One day, while driving on a freeway to the set, he saw a military convoy on the other side of the road, a convoy featuring several HumVees. Never having seen one before, Arnold went nuts. He crossed the median of the highway to chase down the convoy. When they made a rest stop, Arnold started checking-out the HumVees and talking with the military people driving them and traveling in them. Arnold Schwarzenegger's determination to own a Hummer of his own resulted in AM General making a civilian version of its ubiquitous military truck"
I watched the Arnold documentary on Netflix recently and he's still driving one of those around on his ranch haha.
The kid, Dominic, was played by twins. The actors are 41 years old now, which just shows how fast time flies.
I saw a recent interview of some of them it was great 💜
You’re correct on both accounts. Arnie had a cameo in Dave and both Kindergarten Cop and The Goonies were filmed in Astoria Oregon.
I'm improving
Astoria was used in the films The Goonies and Short Circuit
more of his comedies: Twins, Junior, Jingle All the Way, Last Action Hero, and a tv series called Fubar. I LOVE Arnold's comedies - he's so naturally funny!!!
I don't have friends, there are several reasons, I believe I could watch movies with you and over time become friends. Thank you for your channel.

Now it's time to watch Twins another Arnold classic watch that
"Maybe some kindergartener is really crazy about his hall monitor duties..."
Not quite, but that's almost the premise of Cop And A Half, with Burt Reynolds 😉
So good!
After the first 2 Terminator movies this is my favorite Arnold movie 🍿 ❤😊
I forgot how great the kids are in this movie!!
This is my favorite Schwarzenegger comedy, but I also love Twins, Junior & Jingle All the Way.
Junior and Twins are pretty good comedic roles for arnold
This movie was much better than I expected. Arnold is better in comedy than he's given credit for. You'd probably enjoy Twins, too. As always, though, I had more fun watching it with you, James. Keep it up, bro!
Edit: Linda Hunt being in this was a bonus. Great casting of her as principal.
The principal was great
Most people suggest Twins as another Arnie comedy, but I have a personal soft spot for "Junior"
It's silly but his performance is a lot of fun and he and Emma Thompson play off each other really well.
Arnold has done a few comedies. "Jingle All The Way" and "Twins" are two worth watching that I think you'd enjoy.
@yt45204 Yes, it was but James has already watched True Lies.
As a Karate Instructor, I can honestly say that kids have zero filter until about 8-9 years old.
Or the beginnings of pre-puberty.
Ive been to Astoria many times. Its a very nice place. Its also where Goonies was filmed.
the kid actually did his own stunt on the tower rescue scene.,he was wearing a fall harness and wasn’t really that far up
It was awesome how you added the Physical Education montage in its entirety, that was what secured the role for Arnold, doing P.E. with the kids and it was in the film. Back then Arnold thought kids didn't get out much.
I went to second grade in that school. It was a surprise the first time I saw the movie. It is a couple hours from there I am now, and a great place for a day trip or weekend.
The Goonies was also filmed in Astoria.
Yes, it's the same place as Goonies: Astoria, Oregon.
Wow, I got that right??? no way
@@AwesomeUSMovies Wow, thanks for the reply, James. You're one of my favorite reaction RUclipsrs. Keep being you, buddy, and you got it on lock. 👍
So many Arnold comedies you need to watch !! Twins is great !
This is definitely a cautionary tale.
Arnold was also in the Comedy Twins which is worth a watch
Yesss!!! One of my top five favorite movies 😂😂😂😂
Arnold has a great comic role in TWINS and JUNIOR both with Danny Devito.
34:09 Arnold has said this is his favorite role of all his movies. He loved working with the kids.
Always enjoyed this movie, glad you had fun watching it as well
I sing with the choir at church and recently the auxiliary bishop said mass. Rev. Andrzej Zglejszewski sounds just like Arnold even though Rev. Andrzej is from Poland. He was there to bless an engaged couple who were finishing up Pre Cana and were getting married in a month or so.
That tiny little boy also plays on the movie Pet Semetary
“No fair” 💉😂
@@SummerSolstice621 YEAH 😂
@@SummerSolstice621 Cute creepy little bugger 🤣
A fun fact for you, James (and everyone else)... The stewardess on the flight John and Phoebe take to Oregon is played by Angela Bassett.
This is one of my favorite films. It is such a wonderful blend of genres. And the score is brilliant. Arnold really flexes pun intended his comedic timing. It's sweet and heartwarming.
For the record "It's not a TUMOR" is one of Arnold's classic memes/one-liners... and ya kind of blew right over it...
Going in blind it's excusable... This time... Good reaction.
We love our teachers that were great!
I had pretty much all of my teachers charmed. In grade 4, my teacher even let me help her with her photocopying. My most memorable moment happened in high school. My classmates and I, as well as the teacher, were sitting outside of the classroom. One of them had a question for our teacher about me. "She plays up as much as we do. Why does she get away with it?" The teacher just shrugged her shoulders. I wasn't bad, just a bit mischievous.
13:39 I recently saw some footage from a current high school amid they didn't say the pledge. It just played over the loudspeaker. Most strength even paying attention.
I love your reactions - they’re so genuine!
Directed by Ivan Reitman (same director of Dave, Stripes, Ghostbusters I and II).
Didn't know that thanks
Arnold is in Twins, Junior and Jingle all the way
It might be a tumor.
It's not a tuma!
Oh, tumor! Gonna die.
Lol!
I don't what was funnier, the kids or the dialogue.
Arnie is in a few other comedies, and has a great sense of humor.
Twins, with Danny DeVito
Junior, also with Danny
Jingle All The Way
Last Action Hero
He also has a cameo in the 2004 Around The World In 80 Days with Jackie Chan
I can only see Linda Hunt as her character in If Looks Could Kill
Get to the choppa!
Get to the cah-pet!
You need to watch Arnold in Twins. Really funny movie
Arnold Schwarzenegger is a comedic actor. You should check out the movie twins. Also… Another very interesting film is called "3 o'clock high" the bad guy in kindergarten cop is also in that movie
This was the second VHS movie I bought with my own allowance when I was young. the first was LOOK WHOS TALKING
LOVED the first Look Who's Talking
Thank you, kindergarten was fun to teach! 😊
My pleasure
Another great comedy with Arnold is Twins (1988)! ✌🏼
Added
RIP Ivan Reitman
Yep - that's where goonies was filmed ♥️
Awesome I got one right
@@AwesomeUSMovies very quickly also! I'm very proud of you - it's special being a goonie 😉
Great movie. You should also watch Twins with Arnold another great comedy
He has a few comedies. Jingle All the Way, Twins, Junior.
Also, Richard Tyson can be added to the catalogue. He plays Cullen Crisp, Sr. here, and also was in Black Hawk Down.
Three o'clock high is his best work.
Was filmed in the same place as The Goonies, in The Goonies you can see the school in a certain shot from the Goonies house.
The problem with trying to find actual small towns from a movie is that many times that towns name has been changed for the movie's copywrite issues. You would have to Google what town did they film the movie in to get the correct answer
The term hypoglycemic means low blood sugar. It's a condition where some people are more prone to having low blood sugar.
Love this movie, one of "Ahnold's" best, if not his typical movie.
HERE AGAIN! COOL MOVIE, About to watch YOUR Reactions! "WHOA YEAH!!! KICKSTART MY HEART!!!"
You gotta watch Twins for more Arnie comedy gold
You should see Arnold in "Junior"
if you want to see Arnold in a comedic role check out the film Twins
Watch "Twins" with Arnold and Dandy Davito... Funniest Arnold comedy
My 5th grade teacher was a black man named Mr. White. Haha He was mean! But really he just pretended to be mean. He was a really good teacher and included things that were not on the curriculum like Greek Mythology and Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech.
Awesome reaction of my favorite movie!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊
why no one made him watch twins yet oof its his first comedy role everyone doubted it would work and its so god damn good
James, it’s good to see you!! Your reactions are my favorite.
Glad you like them!
Fun fact the child that talks about boys and girls private parts is Gage from Pet Sematary and is in the final Robert Englund Freddy Krueger movie as Nancy’s son.
Love your work. Keep it up 👍
Thanks, will do!
Hi James, as a former farmer, I'm sure you'll have the answer to the question that's bothering me and if you don't, someone who comments or simply reads the comments might be able to answer... This has nothing to do with any video you've watched so far, but here's the question: Would you please explain what the purpose of a tank scaleant is? I've always thought that anyone who had an underground tank would do his/her best to prevent scale from forming deposits on the inside of the tank, but I've just heard that tank scaleant does the opposite... Why would you intentionally help deposits form on the inside of a tank?!? I'm looking forward to your answer or anyone else's answer. Thanks!
@22:37 Same Director.
yass you're doing this! and omg the sopranos s1-4! I'll do the free trial and try my best to afford it next month (even with my younger one's birthday)! because I don't think I can get through all that in a week :p
fun fact: the height of an average kindergartener plus her height equals his height xP

Have you watched Twins?
Not yet but LOTS of requests in the comments for that one
Plot hole. How did she not visit him in the hospital? She acted so surprised when he came back to school
i love this movie
Her James, a vouple more Arnold Schwarzenegger movies that's you might enjoy:
Commando
Red Heat
Raw Deal
Last Action Hero
Twins
The Running Man
Total Recall
The last 2 were based on novels "Total Recall," based on "We Can Remember It For You, Wholesale" by Philip K. Dick, and "The Running Man" By Richard Bachman (AKA: Stephen King)
You should watch Arnold in a movie called The Last Stand
You should watch Arnold in Twins.
You want to see Arnold in a comedy? Watch Twins. Starring Arnold and Danny Devito.
1. "Mr. Morbid" is stealing the show early on.
2. Fun. This movie is perfect for the "Kids say the darndest things" trope.
3. A childhood friend of mine had a ferret. He was an asshole. (the ferret not the kid)
4. I KNEW you'd like this.
Classic: It's not a tumor
Check out the movie Twins. Another's Arnold comedy
I'm the party pooper. 😎
You should check out Commando
Added to my list, thanks for the suggestion.
@@AwesomeUSMovies cool
Try twins, or the last action hero.
American movies are great, but so can others be, like the God's must be crazy, 1&2 from africa. You can watch em at home if not on the channel.
❤❤❤
That actress is really short
I tend to piss people off. I tend to make people feel "uncomfortable".. (just to sazy I PROBABLY should say "women". I make women feel uuuuuu.. nah.. I probably should say "young girls!".. young girls feel uncomfortable).
Either way.. What I WANT you to know for SURE is that I ACCEPT that you feel uncomfortable with me.. BUT.. I don't accept you ASSUMING that you are right and that I AM a bad person.
and.. this specific film is one where I think..kind of shows a "narrative".. the thing is.. I suffer from depression.. I have Atypical autism type one.. which is not the SAME as "Aspergers", but Asperges is a VERY specific diagnosis WITHIN Atypical autism type one.. and what is "worse" is that no one really do have Aspergers,. that is how diagnosis's changes over time. I mean.. IF you don't fit ASPERGERS PERFECTLY!!!!!!.. then.. you don't have SPECIFICALLY Asperger. .. you have.. ATYPICAL.. aspergers.. oooooh.. right.. no one REALLY have EXACTLY Aspergers.. hence..
Yeah.. adding it all together.. you'll realize that.. Aspergers.. was a diagnosis created in the EARLY stages of psychology.. But.. it doesn't REALLY make sense to keep it as a diagnosis.. as.. no one REALLY fulfilled ALL requirements to HAVE aspbergers.. but a BETTER diagnosis.. where ALL people who would have Aspergers.. Absolutely ALL had Atypuical
