The soundtrack of my childhood right here. It's nowhere near as epic as the original, but it was fun and challenging to make a heavy version of this theme. Please enjoy it while raising your fists and A1200's to the sky!!

I played The Settlers a lot as a kid, and this brings back great memories playing split-screen multiplayer with a friend. Love this so much!

Awesomesauce! This was one of the best game soundtracks ever 😀. And such as relaxing game with chirping birds, woodcutters chopping trees, blacksmiths hammering on their anvils... I love that you transferred over all variations and transitions to this remix and keep the atmosphere of each part.

This is fantastic! As someone making metal music myself AND a huge Amiga fan that used a lot of the youth playing this game, this ticks most of my boxes.
When I read you added lyrics I was suspicious but you nailed it! Now I wish for shorter radio version with more lyrics! Hail to Paula!
I really miss Haiko Ruttmann's soundtracks. He is more integral to the franchise than it's creator, Volker Wertich, as far as I'm concerned.
I'd love to see some covers for S2, 3 and 4. A medley of the S4s battle themes could sound sick.
This tune is actually composed by Markus Kludzuweit. Volker Wertich is the personification of the Settlers. Check out Pioneers of Pagonia!

What a cover, nice job. Man I wanted to play this on emulator 2 player mode, but didn't get two mice working separately. Have played Settlers 2 on PC a lot though.

@@Nestalgica hmm an original A1200... never had one, maybe some day. Didn't play S1, but it looks very similar to S2. Many sliders look different, getting urge to see what they do :) in this one.
Also liked S3 which is different from these two and S4 which was ok. There's also anniversary edition of the 2nd one to check out too.

This is awesome. It's rare to see amiga remixes made by someone who actually knows how to make the guitar sound good, it's usually just amateurs making these with flat noisy sounding guitars and bad mastering. Any chance we could see some tracks from the Lotus Challenge games (main theme and track 3 from 1st game maybe)?
