Walaikum Salaam...soak the dal for around 1-2 hrs and then transfer to a saucepan or kadai with water and turmeric powder. Cook on high heat till starts boiling and then lower and cook till soft 😊
Around 13-15 mins on my pressure cooker. First one is on high heat ..comes after 5-6 mins and then on low heat till the 4th whistle. Switch off and then let the pressure release on it’s own. Do wash & soak the dal for 30 mins before cooking 😊
