I face some mobility challenges, and seeing the routes and lift access to different floors through Express Parking gives us a much-needed sense of reassurance. Great video! Very helpful to the traveling public. We were there recently in T2 and T4. Found Heathrow to be very easy to get around, well signed (except for one at Terminal 4) helpful staff and well organized. In Terminal 4, coming from the Underground train, please place a sign closer to the Underground exit pointing to the tunnel (which is at the North East end of the Terminal) for the hotel(s) like Holiday Inn Express and the Crowne Plaza.
I'm visiting my girlfriend in a week from UK over to America and I've never flown before and this has been a huge help to know my way around thank you 🥰

Last year (9/2023), I've been waiting for 2:30 hours... yes! 2:30 hours at at arrival hall for immigration (passport control) in London Heathrow Airport T3. Just few officers to serve huge number of visitor. It could be said that they have not professionally organized or well prepared for this issue. This happen for 2 years and I think it's enough for me to go to London.
Was there in May. If you are going on to another destination. The instructions are get there early. It doesn’t look like this Wheel chair people are limited in numbers. One Captain had to stay with me for more than 20 minutes until some one came to assist me. This is the reality. Same problem at Logan A/P. This video had to be taken in the wee hours of the morning I love England. But will bring less luggage and Not need a W/C. Hopefully this helps. Bon Voyage
Just a friendly comment. It may have been useful to mention what terminal this was in the title or description. It only became apparent once watching the video that this was Terminal 5. Good quality video though!
@@michelletaylor5691 Not if you are flying Delta/Virgin as I frequently do (or many of the other airlines like Etihad, Emeriates, Quantas or American, to name but a few) 🙂. All good though, just curious to see how things are now in Terminal 3. Gonna be arriving into there in 1 month.
Yeah this was filmed in Feb 21...even then the news was making out there were massive waits for passengers. You're right, it's probably close to pre-pandemic levels again

I have anxiety as well. We will be getting a concierge service to guide us through the terminal, border control, baggage and to our hotel.

There’s not very good signage for the Underground Piccadilly Line. Don’t catch the fast train.

Terminal 5 it's for international destinations like outside of EU ?
It looks a lot like JFK but with something like a shopping mall included (e.g. they have a "Harrods").
