  • Learn what an air oil separator is as I unbox this IAG Street Series Air Oil Separator in preparation for my installation in my 2020 STI. I go over the theory of how it works, what all the hoses do, how it compares to a catch can, and why it might be necessary in your car.
For a COMPLETE step-by-step installation of this AOS check out my tutorial here: • How to install an Air ...

I work for a dealership. They don’t care what you do to your car. As long as it’s not the reason why your car is having problem, they should still perform service, if not then don’t go to that dealer

Nobody can explain to me why, the top throttle body line has a one way valve in it. If we are deleting the PCV system. Why have another PCV?
Is it because of running boost to maintain internal AOS pressures?
Also how does the block breather not vent into the drain side of the Y splitter? I assume it's because of vacuum effect at the AOS inputs being close to one another and it pulls ventilation gases to the path of least resistance? And the drain should have pressure pushing out?
