Always keep your air and oil separate. I usually keep the air in my tires and the oil in my engine. That way they cant mix.

Good video, and at a great time. I still need to install mines.

How come it doesn’t come with any torque spec’s on any of the fittings?
Additionally, it would be easier if you followed the instructions therefore if we don’t understand what they are referring to we can come to yours in step by step process. With two different process and steps you either have to use one or the other. You cannot use both simultaneously

Haven’t watched the video yet, but going by Perrin’s other VB parts I’m going to guess this requires removal of a major component like the master cylinder, and also some irreversible destructive modifications under the hood to install 😂

Perrin makes everything with this install harder than it has to be. Just go with IAG AOS instead (you will still need to break/chisel the one-time use hose Jim mentioned in the video). No removing the alternator or taking off serpentine belt or cutting. When shopping for my AOS these steps from Perrin really turned me off in comparison with IAG.

    i think i prefer iag's placement more

U go ahead and run your car how You want to. AOS or catch can is necessary to keep a Subaru alive on my opinion. Keeps oil out the intake tract, which leads to detonation and lowers your fuels octane not to mention some oils have bad additives when combusted.
