Just some of the daily fun we have with our VOKRA fosters Hildy & her kittens, whom VOKRA rescued from a bike shed in Vancouver.
Hildy is having an exhausting life as a mom. Hope the 8 adorable and crazy kittens will give her some nice time on Mother's Day this Sunday! Haha!

Such a lively bunch and sooo adorable!!😍🥰 I love the beginning with you filming thru the window as they are awakening they see you and try to climb through the window to get to you. 😍 Such preciousness on their little faces as they show their love for you still half asleep. @Neri Matrixx Doug is always trying to give the kittens as a pair, you know it, but sometimes it's not so easy... some people like to have only one.... this people don't care for kittens in the right way. The most of cats wants to have a sibling or a compagnion... without another they are going to be sad and deprimised, but for sure they will playing a little rough together... who is scared of this, should not own a cat.... 😉💟😻😻🐾

(Princess did have to go over the rainbow bridge one day before Christmas Eve) Tom is a former stray boy and he is happy to be the only child in our family... he don't like other cats with us, so sorry... but he is a good boy now and is used to be alone in his revier...
@Neri Matrixx I adopted my too cats siblings in pair :) We were suppose to take just one, but those too loved to play with each other. We didn't want to separate them so we adopted both. Very happy we did that since they now have a sibling to play with even when we have to go to work :)
They sure do love you. You come near and everyone wakes up to see you. You have given them a playtime paradise. Such a beautiful family. Love you all. 💖🐾💖

"Margorie ... go beat up your brother!" That first view of the chair full of kitties is too much. Hildy has a very interesting face, unusual but sweet -- I think her milk must have been spiked with some Espresso. Just over a week ago they were still a bit wobbly on their feet and now there's no place they can't conquer.
I would think that they would start being weened by Mom by now.
Hildy must really love her babies to let them keep nursing .

It's been so nice to watch these kitties grow. They started out healthy, it seems, and have continued to go from strength to strength as they mature. You all have done so much to help them have a great chance at a wonderful life!
I love how these creatures are so lively and sweet! You and your wife really have a magic touch in raising them so well: the way you talk to them and even the way you stroke them is really special and for sure contributes to making them so balanced and easy going. Whoever takes them will be very lucky in so many ways. 👍🏻😍 I also adore the way Hildy appreciates your help, she really expresses it through her beautiful eyes!

Doug these videos are quiet, relaxing moments of absolute bliss, I know you guys work so hard to gives these little guys such a loving, comfortable start in life, never forgetting to show Hildy some care and affection, too. Simple goodness is such a powerful force in the world.

They are so beautiful 😍, I love how gentle and loving you are to them. That is so funny: the milk bar is open, then the milk bar is under attack. Your so funny.
At this point, the kittens all have HLS, Hollow Leg Syndrome. They don't just want seconds, they want THIRDS!!! They'll eat anything; each other. furniture, Doug, their Mom...They're not picky eaters.
Hildy should get something special for Mother's Day. Are there spa treatments for cats? Because if anyone deserves a spa day...
Awww...Don't you wish they could all stay this age, all together with their mom at your home? Group brawling, therapeutic purrs, Georgey sweetness, sibling bonding....priceless moments. I have to note, that Hilde endures the nursing episodes with such fortitude and grace. Her expression from 4.27 to 4.40 speaks volumes for her sweet, maternal disposition.

These are the few things that are keeping me a little more sane after losing my mother this year ...which was right before losing our dead beat dad who never paid child support. I managed to curse him out a year ago, and thus, he yanked me out of his will a few months before he'd die of cancer. Before that all happened, my sister became jealous that my father gave me his brother's house in FL in his will. My sister then managed to manipulate my mother into give her everything from HER will. now. I have no family, no money, but a college education and real estate license. I've lost a future forever. ....and yes I'm being dramatic, but ty for these videos. You, "Cat Daddy" ;) seem like a stand up dude! (which was also said about my uncle after he died in 2017...he was an M.D in LA...and probably spinning in his grave that my sister now has everything along with my estranged step brother conceived after my father cheated on my mother .....yes it's THAT sad).

Do all of these beautiful fur babies have designated homes? Figured , probably, but if not and you are not too far from NE TX, I would love to give at least one a home. Now have one small dog and one older cat
Hi! Doug and Sharon live in Vancouver, B.C. They are part of a wonderful group of folks who are trying to save feral moms and their babies. They foster the moms and litters, socialize them and make sure they all get a good start. Remarkably, Doug and Sharon are able to do the impossible; help the feral moms reach a level of domesticity that enables them to be adoptable!
Sad truth, because it happens everywhere; In your own area, there are shelters struggling to find good homes for abandoned and stray cats that aren't kittens, but are just as deserving of your love. Go to an of these shelters, and you will find a smorgasbord of choice. It's easy to place kittens, because they're so darn cute. But an older cat is just as deserving.
They will be up for adoption in about 2 weeks, I'm not sure if VOKRA - The Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Assoc. delivers to Texas though.

Awwwww! They love you so much!!! :-) How old are they now? It seems like in spite of being mobbed by 8 of them at a time, Hildy is actually being more patient with them nursing, and for longer, than Kami was.
They are 8 weeks old now and Hildy is being a real super trooper mum fur sure.
If I could, I'd adopt all of them, including the mom.

First thing I looked for in my feed. I hope some of them can go to furrever homes in pairs. That's how I got Monster Boy, with his ¿bro/dad? One of the best decisions ever. RIP Midnight. Love to all our beloved babies.
