Hi Keenan, As someone who has been to Haiti (on a humanitarian mission) its a beautiful place but as a white person i wasn't welcomed... Maybe because of your background you found it charming.. The poverty and crime were a constant threat to us... Havana was paradise compared to Port a Prince.. Two members of our group were robbed at gunpoint and another was assaulted... I can't help but feel you aren't covering all the bases on this fantasy video of yours.
Sorry about the dangers you experienced in PAP, that's unfortunate.... My experience in Haiti is shaped by my time in Cap Haitien.. I'm told CAP and PAP are completely different... There is even divergence in the Kreyol spoken....
Eh… do something else by heading down north south or taking a flight to the south of Haiti. Or going to the Artibonite area. This isn’t ground breaking, many ppl come to cap Haitian & do exactly what ur doing. Show a place in Haiti that literally no one’s ever seen before. I’m Haitian but ppl are crazy for believing all this bs about Haiti. I just watch a mall sh00ting that occurred today in the usa 😂😂
I pay whatever they tell me to pay... I don't speak any Kreyol, however, this is not the US or Canada, in the Caribbean with vendors, prices are very negotiable when you are buying multiple quantities.....
