@@KeenanLambert198 I've been to Haiti 6 times in 2007 and 2008 and even then it was such a different place...before vlogging I had been to Jamaica (Kingston) a bunch of times, Cuba three times and I loved it all. Haiti was dope back then because Digicel was just setting up so there was a lot of Jamaicans in PAP training Haitians who worked for Digicel and they had some dope music festivals. I got to see Junior Gong in Jacmel...ahhh those were the days I thought back then for sure our two cultures were merging. The Jamaicans I met loved living in Haiti....it seems like a million years ago...I hope Haiti gets back to where it was trending because the world is missing out on the greatest black story in the world and a great culture and Haiti is missing out on the world...same with Cuba...I love that place I hop the world gets to know it....good work though I appreciate your channel a lot

In Kingston, as you know the wealthy have claimed the hillsides for themselves. Past Papine in the hills they’re rural/communities that have the same feeling as you saw here…. Although, far less urbanized.
Ive seen some vehicles in haiti ive only seen in india and asia those 3 wheel things Jamaica dont have nothing like that . Bottomline Jamaica is unlike haiti in many ways but a few places in the ghettos kingston might look slightly resemble a small area in haiti however seriously speaking Jamaica is on a way different level as far as infrastructure socially and politically. Tourism wise . In many area even in natural resources Jamaica is one of the top producers of bauxite in the world.
