Hearing that man tell of his people and "the name change" how the youth no nothing of this history, made me wanna "shout and scream" at the video TELL THEM!!! Thank you once again for this video and showing the beauty of the Islands and its people. ❤

You should hit up Anguilla carnival coming up August 3rd weekend. The big day is August Monday (5th). Lots of fun, jouvert ends at the beach with a huge party that goes all day and night.
As is so many islands in the Carribean, this beautiful place is a gem. God blessed these close to paradise islands to be occupied by beautiful people of color. Cherish all of your islands. Enjoy your paradise.
To the beautiful taxi driver, be careful what you ask for. Example, Jamaicans are pissed because they can no longer access the beaches they once used as launch points for fishing. Put the infrastructure in to protect the people first and then focus on tourism.
We don't want mass tourism. Sometimes we do get 4 cruise ships but not only in Saint Vincent but other Grenadines Islands as well. Most Vincy people are not interested in mass tourism. People complain that there isn't enough room for carnival this year. We are building a port and airport is fairly new. At the end if the year, we will be getting more international flights. We would never be an All inclusive vacation hot spot.
@@dianad1968 For now. The people better force the government to put the infrastructure in place to forever protect their access (and other natural resources) else Sandals is just the beginning.

To the PH-crew. Keep advancing and growing from strength to strength. I can see your evolution, as I've been watching your vids for several years now. Continue to keep surrounding yourselves with good people . We claim you all..because you are good people. Keep well and keep doing well.
🎉From Thea in London of SVG parentage.🎉
P.S. Also, nice to see Nathan catching up with his peoples and the rest of you having a good time there and all the best for adventures and developments, in Belize!.
Big up Belize. I was there in 2023, be back in 2025
I was in S. V. maybe 25 years ago- traveling and performing with an R&B superstar...... I had no IDEA all THIS wa going on!!! Besides that, this video is OUTSTANDING in quality and in providing so much context !!! Bravo and thank you very much !!!
Again- your touching my extended family’s their . Wow you did it in Belize and Panama
Bro, this is the best video showcasing saint vincent and the grenadines i've seen probably ever. Mom's from there and I visit occasionally. You've done an amazing job allowing people to see how beautiful this country actually is and it's making me want to do so much more because of how you explored the country. The interview with the kids up Wallilabou Bay was touching and I hope all of those kids could look back one day and say they achieved their dream or greater :) . You're the first person that does this kind of content that i actually enjoy also. Gratitude for the amazing work and time put into doing this and I hope many of the people who view this give support to SVG especially recently with the bad weather they experienced.
Thank you Darren, really appreciate the love. Was a challenging and really time consuming episode to make, for it to be so well received by natives and beyond means the world to us.
Nathan
@@PassportHeavy life is something eh? I grew up with a guy who is now an amazing videographer in his own right named Nathan also. It felt good to see you reconnect with your Aunt from where your roots came from in a sense nevermind the DNA ancestry test. That was truly a feel good moment and I felt it. It brought an inner elation seeing you especially and the rest of the team take in the Gem that is SVG for real I. Considering the VAST range of topics you covered though, as a citizen of there although i don't live there, i'd say y'all did an amazing job. This video made me legit wanna go vincy like today haha ( as my mom literally left for there this AM )
On top of your game as usual. This one was epic given it incorporates the human touch.
I have always wanted to visit St. Vincent and the Grenadines. This video just affirmed the need to go. Thanks for sharing.
Best episode ever! Im from Guadeloupe FWI. Tourism is Ok when it's not too much.
Ikr. I dont know why people like there countries over run by forreigners, the locals hardly benefit and they want people to bend over backward to much. I like svg the way it is.
Blessings and Joy to my SVG family from your Lucian family❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉 Great showcase of another beautiful island.🇻🇨🇱🇨🇻🇨🇱🇨🇻🇨🇱🇨
You all did an excellent job with this video high lightly the beauty of the Islands and it's people! As an African American here in America I appreciate the culture and traditions being shown here. Hearing that man tell of his people and "the name change" how the youth no nothing of this history, made me wanna "shout and scream" at the video TELL THEM!!! You have no idea what it is to "not know your people" your history, traditions and cultures and have to rely on "text books" written by others or DNA samples that don't give the full picture - if ignorant of the people whose DNA you possess! Thank you once again for this video and showing the beauty of the Islands and its people. ❤
Thank you, really appreciate the feedback ❤️ 🇻🇨
@@PassportHeavy I'm glad I stumbled upon your channel! Keep up the good work!
Much love darling ❤ one love
Bajan roots here, thanks for this video❤
Great video from beginning to end. It made me want to travel there! As a Marine Corps Veteran I thought I’d been blessed to travel. These videos show blessings far beyond anything I’d ever witnessed.
Big up all the islands in the Caribbean. There is no need to compare as we all are unique in our own way. Why do people always try to put down my island smh. Vincy 2 d bone 🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨💯💯💯
First country I ever flew to in my life was Vincy. Been back 4 times.Love this island.
🚨 Praying for the safety of the People in SVG as 🌀 Hurricane Beryl is heading their way.
May it miraculously lose strength.🙏🏽
All I can say is...........that was DOPE!!!!! The way it flowed.....The cinematography......The story......The way it all pieced together.......I loved it......Well done!!!
This was outstanding in every way; thanks for sharing this and all your adventures!
I went to a cricket match in st Vincent few years back and the country and people are incredibly beautiful!
My Heritage! Peace origins from Madagascar & Sierra Leone on one side and original free African American family in USA . Thanks for inspiring others to find out what they are. Blessings
Thanks!
Thank you we really appreciate this
You should hit up Anguilla carnival coming up August 3rd weekend.
Man, this video so fire. Shout out to the Passport Heavy Fam. Man, I love the Caribbean. SVG, TT, all of em. 💯
✊🏾 Great video representing the GREAT Saint Vincent & the Grenadines! #Vincy! Prayers for all in the Caribbean! Keep your head and eyes up!
I always look forward to your productions. This is so beautiful. You are your team are remarkable 🫶🏾
Thank you so much 😊
WOW!! You guys are doing great things not only from a creative perspective but the deep dive into the SVG culture rocks! Great stuff!
To the beautiful taxi driver, be careful what you ask for. Example, Jamaicans are pissed because they can no longer access the beaches they once used as launch points for fishing. Put the infrastructure in to protect the people first and then focus on tourism.
@melvinbarnes6652 Vincy people will always have access to beaches. We don’t play that nonsense at all.
Sandals opened at Buccament Bay and does have part of the beach, but the locals have the other half.
@@dahliadumitru2307 Why do you think a new airport and port is coming? What people want and corporate interests are two different things.
