This dude would never work on my vehicle 😂😂😂 using a electric ratchet to run spark plugs in ?? Mighty brave my friend especially if those are alluminum heads.. just ask me how I know
you start them by hand , which he did, then used the ratchet to run them down then tighten by hand. Nothing wrong with it. I promise you this is how every professional does it. I was a tech for 11 years.
the gaskets on the intake on these type of the upper intake can be reused. It wont hurt anything. Clean them off and the mating surface and inspect. if they are worn or damage then yes replace them.
@@alexandergunaka666 i know 11 years as tech, 2 years tech school, training through GM over the 8 years I was a GM tech. Let alone 1 year as an mechanical claims adjuster, being a service writer and service manager and working in parts for a dealership. I know nothing.
Yeah like the ford explorers competion from GM is any better those equinoxes and those junks are all ticking time bombs. Know a girl with only 60k already needs timing chain and burns oil. New GM cars are the real disposables my friend. Idk how this motor is a throw away because it needs spark plugs LOL same motor in just about damn near every police car in this country 🤣🤣🤣
Never been so glad to have my plugs right on top of everything.
Fwd v configuration engines are the worst to do spark plugs on, at least the rear plugs

If you know what you're doing with your tools using an electric ratchet wont matter.

Get a clue before you comment!!!!
And this is why i enjoy soing my own work 😅
If dealers have any say, we will soon have to pull the engine to replace the air filter.
this is what ford is on the way to. look at the engine bay of the new broncos and super duties
Use hand tools on delicate engine components. These are low torque.
All.that for plugs? Makes me appreciate the old inline 6s from the 70s.
He didn't replace the intake manifold gaskets.

@@jaywebb0113Yeah. Sure. Engine light coming up.
@@alexandergunaka666 he’s correct my guy
@@juice8948 If you’re in need of a tune up you’re in need of a gasket.

Exactly why i work on my own vehicles
actually they said you shouldn’t use an air ratchet, because the amount of of force , an electric ratchet is fine
Ford... disposable...use it once and throw it away 😂😂

Installing spark plugs with power tool is not a good thing😢
No torque wrench 😐
