Showing all these tools without a single snap on tool just shows all the haters how many jobs you can do without them. You have just about everything to get the job done. Kudos to you
@@Motorcycle_Man I bought 300 worth of tools when craftsman was still producing ik the US, I haven't had a single issue with them, I'm not a mechanic tho just a DYI guy
@elnewbie2611 Don't give me wrong I do buy some snap on stuff, But I really like gear wrench and the top tier harbor freight stuff. I'd rather save that extra money and put it into buying a house or a cool car. Or something else
People talking about cheap ass tools, if they get job done I don't see a problem, people will hate on anything just feel superior , good job my dude keep dropping videos.
I had a gear-wrench 400-piece starter set when I first started as an apprentice mechanic. The head mechanic asked to borrow something and said, "This feels just as good as my snap-on, probably like 1/8th the cost, tho."
@@MicksMechanics hopefully you have enough in cash savings to buy a new vehicle and replace all the tools or your out of work for 6 months waiting on payout.
@@joey9511 I have double the tools at home so if my truck was stolen I could continue to work out of my car But a payout wouldn’t take 6months Would be 14 days from the time it’s reported stolen
I never thought doing work on other people’s car could get me money, right now I don’t have all the tools to diagnose and hand tools to work on cars but i do little things like oil changing, replacing mechanical parts doing brakes and diagnosing small issues like mechanical and electrical, right now I haven’t received any complaints but if i do i will fix it again with no complaints, always trying to be a man with integrity.
The haters don't know how hard automotive can be, especially when things break because of age or heat cycles & you have to replace it. No job can be considered easy until it's finished realistically, & as a mobile mechanic you are not going to always have the right tool or part that you need. High five to you for chasing your dream & providing a service to those who cannot bring their cars to you.
Bro seeing you and your wife work together is heart warming. You’re doing good bro keep it up. I bet she’s happy you teach her and support her and yaull do business as one together.
Love the set up my guy !!! Here in the rust belt, a blow torch is a must 😅 and while your under the vehicle 30 pounds of rust fall on your face so face protection is a must as well.
This is inspiring me to do the same thing, i got all the tools to get started, 1 thing i want to do is get an on board 20 gallon air compressor so i can run air hammers and ratchets if need be
Yo man, congratulations on the level youve reached with your craft. Im almost 10yrs deep in my trade went from working for others to having my own truck and tools getting my own customers and no more boss! Its very rewarding and often times many people that wind up in this position forget just how privileged we are to to have the chance to live out our dreams and be independent. Wish nothing but the best for you sir
This is an awesome tour and it is great to see someone do something they love with the one they love this is very neat to see awesome tools and the vibes are great! Keep up the good work Ty!

Those wipes are the absolute best for real ! I’m a service plumber and use them everyday. The paint ones are great as well!! Clean up anything ! And also the gorilla grip gloves are the best as well!
i have that same jack but i don’t use the 2nd pipe piece and i love it it lifts anything just have to keep a few blocks for the trucks. but i do mobile mechanic everyday and i love it.
Tie rod removal tool or ball joint removal tool , none the less happy for You bro. I’m honestly interested in starting my own things but there’s to much competition in my area. I like your videos cause the work area is so clean and like you say organization is key. Keep it up bro happy for you
I applaud you sir, keep doing your thing. People will always have things to say and will always cherry pick the smallest of details. At least you make your money and are happy doing it. Good stuff brother 🎉🙏
I've done alot of cv axles replacements. You can buy the tool for that job but a old ratchet strap and big hammer tied to each other works pretty well for me.
I got a red box brake caliper tool kit as well for like 20 bucks. Works great.i also have lexivon brand tools as well which they are a good company. their torque wrenches are nice.
Great set-up. I have a FT desk job, but love working on cars on the weekends. I’m the family mobile mechanic lol, but seeing you makes me want to branch out.
I have seen your videos on Instagram, seems like you are very knowledgeable about what you are doing, congratulation on your bussines wish you the best!
I do mobile out of a pickup, but have been a shop guy for years, when I started you couldn't get away with all these cheap tools, consider yourself lucky
Inspiring, I would love to open my own transmission shop someday. I know, nike. leasing a garage and having that overhead in the beginning got me holding out. I cant get over the dealerships raping customers and not passing it to the tech. they make us look like thieves. thanks though for the inspiration
I'm a mechanic and using my pop's tools cause he's the real mechanic, and one thing I noticed, he has great tools but not the mainstream ones. He's not a brand guy, he's more on the try and if it works, he'll keep buying those. Not a single snap on too. A mechanic for 30 years. Keep it up Mr. Ty! 🫡

I rarely need them but when I do I just rent one from Autozone I know I should just buy one lol, I have a head gasket test kit though pretty common here
Hey man love the videos would love to see a video explaining how to start a mobile mechanic buisness Insurance, licensing, invoicing and where to work if not allowed to work at customers house

Overall real nice setup I’m a field tech myself mostly run out of crane trucks my career though i like the storage and shelter a van provides but the service truck in my industry gotta have the welder and crane so it’s necessary.. for auto you don’t really need either on that level so it works out real good
You've gained a new Subs, Very interesting video. I believe yours Tools set are awesome, I am currently going to a Trade Mechanic School and they want us to buy snap on tools Lol but they are so damn expensive dispute of a student discount we get through snap on, Milwaukee is a great Brand, as long as you can get the Job done it's the best tool.
Dude, great job. Does the man make the tool or does the tool make the man? You utilize anything available to get the job done and that's all that matters. Keep up the great work.
When do you think you would start a transition to a shop? Once you have good customers and a strong referral network, orlando is a decent central location to get a lot of work. Small shop with a lift or two, and still keep a mobile van
Bro with all the knowledge you have i know you can put a apple carplay stereo in that van easily lol , all jokes aside man your setup is awesome! Would love to see you do like a headunit and speaker upgrade install!
