Great video. It answered a number of questions I had. My racing days were in sports cars and IMCA modifieds - coil springs all. But now I'm in the early stages of restoring a 1964 Grant King built sprint car I'm faced with torsion bars that are seized to their bushings. Lots of whacking away at the bars to get them out, and I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing, but this video clarified it. I'm dealing with stuff that hasn't been used in decades. Once I get new bushings and have everything else cleaned up it should be one of those rare jobs that's easier to put together than to take apart. Thanks.
