Edit: According to comments, this hasn't been working for everyone! I am unsure why it isn't. I have seen multiple suggestions of different things (such as doing ch4 of Chains of Domination), but I can only chalk it up to RNG at this point as folks who did exactly I as I show here (and more!!) have not all been able to see the right npcs. My friends and I who used this to complete these sets must have just been REALLY lucky. Try this at your own expense! I'm sorry everyone. :c

Sadly, I have all 4 from doing it the hard way. But this is great to know for anyone who didn't take one of each covenant from Renown 1 to 80 the hard way
First off just want to say thank you for your content on shadowlands stuff. As a player coming back from a 10 year hiatus, it’s a godsend. Been able to get a lot of bastion transmog in a week I wanted. Secondly, I’m gobsmacked regarding the requirements to do this but good to know if I ever end up making 9 alts…

This is genius, I didn't get what the trick was until you said it. Deffo doing this next time the armour is available.
It’s amazing how there are so many little details to play this game. Perhaps that’s why I’m so addicted to it.
It is at moments like this that the alt army's might becomes clear. Impressive!
You only need Korthia chapter 4 (I saw the quest givers spawn after completing it on one alt), the skip gives you up to chapter 3, so it's only about 40 min of questing, you do not need to do any specific covenant campaign completed to achieve that, just needs to be 9/9 in *one* covenant, do Korthia chapter 4 while your 9/9 covenant is active, then you can swap freely and still see the 'bonus' quest givers. You do need to have your active covenant be the same as the quest giver.
And do not check that quest giver without the appropriate covenant active, or the transmog reward will not show, even after you switch to the proper covenant - the reward has already been generated as anima or rep, etc.
I got all the sets in a week minus one piece. That piece took another 2 weeks to show up. Such a pain.
I'm not sure this is the case! I have completed all the Chains of Dom chapters on multiple alts and was unable to see the mog quest givers while on alts who had only done the skip and had done their cov campaigns were able to see them. I get the feeling Korthia is fickle.
@@KrakenLatte The skip gives you 3/9, you need 4/9 Chains of Domination to see the quest givers. ~40 minutes to complete chapter 4. But you can't start chapter 4 until you've completed (9/9) one of the covenant campaigns. After you're 9/9 Cov and 4/9 CoD, you can freely swap covenants to get any of the transmog quests that are available.
@@lightinthedark_ I'm not sure what to tell you as the alts I used on my main account, alt account (I have a bare account for testing), and the alts my friend used on hers all did not have ch 4 of Chains of Dom done and could not see the mog-specific quest givers until they had completed the covenant campaign 9/9 (and never did ch 4 of Chains). I guess it's just fickle. :/
@@KrakenLatte That is weird. I know it's 4/9 CoD that did it for me, since one time the Kyrian giant goliath was one of the bonus quests and I saw him phase in when I turned in ch 4 on top of the hill in Korthia. Wonder what causes the discrepancy...
I just don't understand how this works.
I'm 9/9 Venthyrs campaign, Renown 80, and finished all Chains of Domination quest line. I did Venthyr assault too in the Maw.
Some days, there is 1 NPC from Venthyrs poping in Korthia and giving me only ONE daily quest (whereas the other ones from Kyrians or Ardenweald can give me up to 3 daily quests).
I NEVER see in reward the transmog set. I'm on it since 1 month now and got only animas or rep.
I just don't understand what I have to do to unlock the transmog rewards.
Anyone has the same problem ? Any tip ?

This is great information!!! I wish I weren't so over Shadowlands because I would absolutely grind out the campaigns to leverage this method, but I just can't be bothered. lol

Hi kraken - what I did with this was levelled a character of each armor type through the campaigns, and then used these four chars to get the korthia sets. You do have to wait for the tmog daily to be up three times as there are nine pieces, but I found this to be way more efficient and doable for me than doing the campaign on 9 chars! as you said, depends how badly you want the pieces :-) cheers
that'll help when i'm going for what i'm missing, that is if i'm missing anything.
Ok there is a way to obtain Covenant transmog gear from Korthia at a quicker rate....sigh, I do have 9 max level characters, but, only 5 have fully completed the Covenant campaigns. We'll, time to park my low level alts and grind for the next month or so. It'll be worth it in the end. Thank as always Kraken for your videos! 💜
the requirements for these pieces to be on quests just needs to be removed now. i only have a couple chars 9/9 campaign, my main is even completed the chains one, and i NEVER see armor pieces from my covenants dailies on any of them so i dont even feel like bothering trying to complete the story lines on any alts
That kicker gets me. I've only done the whole covenant quest on one character. I've been avoiding redoing the story lines, which I shouldn't as I've not finished the other three Covenants yet.
I might work on this a bit later, if I have time as I prep for pre-launch.
the pieces update, one time i had 2x venthyr quest on 1 char and once i completed the first one and got the piece the second quest changed instantly to a new piece (i had it accepted and objectives on it completed)
This is perfect! I skipped 9.1 because Korthia gave me a bad impression but I wanted to collect the appearances from there.
I am 271 so my character can solo anything in the open world but Korthia confuses the heck out of me. I don't know what I am suppose to be doing in that zone .-.
So that’s where that random fickle piece of set in my collections came from. I was wondering about that. (I supposed playing for a year due to family stuff and come back just before 9.2.5 so I’m really behind.)
Okay, I hit exalted with Death’s Advance and then the Archivist’s on my main and I don’t think I’ve been back. I suppose I need to head back to Korthia and start doing this. And get some alts leveled.

Thanks for the video! I would have never figured this out myself. On my alt (who had finished their covenant campaign), they needed to do ch. 4 of chains, then log out and log back in, before they could also see the Korthia quest giver, fyi.
Ah, I did think it was just if you had unlocked further into the Korthia campaign for some reason, having only really seen the quests on two of my alts IIRC. Clearly need to burn through a couple of more covenant campaigns (nice way to get Renown and Nathria LFR weapon mogs, too).
UPDATE: Are you sure that your info is accurate? I just checked the Korthia dailies on my Kyrian priest who is 9/9 Kyrian campaign and 4/9 Korthia campaign (so skip plus one chapter). She sees five dailies in Korthia, one of which gave me the next piece of Kyrian transmog (the shoes). So, after doing that I switch over to my Kyrian paladin who is 9/9 Kyrian campaign and 3/9 Korthia campaign. She only sees three dailies, and the one that gave a piece of transmog for the priest now only gives a Death's Advance commendation. It looks to me like Chapter 4 is what unlocks the two extra dailies and the transmog rewards, but I might be missing something here?
Not sure! Canary and I have both done this multiple times now and it looks like other folks have too, according to comments. My only guess would be to make sure to complete side quests from the covenant as well? Like how Emeni from Necro Lord has a side quest chain not apart of the main campaign.

I have all korthia mog sets :) I dont remember what vendor set want from you to buy them. Anima or Stygia and you must be revered or exalted. Probably exalted. You dont need alts for vendor sets. Get exalted go buy sets for your current covenant go change covenant return and buy. I did this for mounts and mogs. Some of them have renown barrier. Reach renown 80 with all covenants.
There are two different sets from Korthia! The ones you're referring to are the ones labeled "Death's Advance". The "Korthia" named sets come only from the dailies and there is no other way to get those. I also have the ones from the vendor there in Korthia bought with Stygia, but those are different from the dailies sets.
The vendor set is 'Death's Advance', different from 'Korthia' in the transmog set list. The Death's Advance set is 6000 stygia and renown 60 (which is no longer an issue with the current renown token taking you to exactly 60).

So… have to complete all 4 covenant campaigns for 9 alts? I thought I was done with covenant campaigns when I did it on 4 alts one for each armor type… back to questing I guess.
it's also worth nothing that you can go to Korthia, pick up all the quests on one char and then go up and switch covenants and see if one of them gives you a piece. The quests update dynamically so you don't have to go back and forth if you're getting them on one char.

I have been checking Korthia as a Noght Fae more than a month now every day, and not a single quest appeared there for cosmetic. Is this a bug?
You can also grind exalted with Deaths Advance, grind 24k stygia (enough for all covenant sets), and buy the entire sets on one char- one covenant at the time (port to oribos, swap covenant and come back, for each). The NPC Duchess Mynx sells these full-set tokens 6k stygia per set token - again you need to be exalted.
I wonder what is more time efficient - this on a single char... Or 9 level 60's with all covenant chapters grinded and doing dailies, when it arrives.
The sets from the vendor are actually a different color of those sets! The ones from the dailies are the "Korthia" sets while the ones from the vendor are "Death's Advance". There isn't another way to get the sets from the dailies unfortunately.
does the gear still drop i check everyday and i dont get any transmog
I'm trying something similar with the secret Unity set from the Necrolord Stitchyard.
I'm not sure if you already know but you can get duplicate duty-bound gear. I've completed an emissary and got the same item on 2 alts, and similar when i completed a WQ. Items were already learned when obtaining the dupe. I don't think that I have got a dupe on a single character though. Maybe each character has an internal checklist of which item it has acquired personally.
@@Bathrezz1 Yeah, working on the Unity set with multiple alts of the same armor type has been hit or miss. Sometimes I get a duplicate and sometimes a new piece.
Do You know if Say venthyr renown plate armour cosmetic is unlocked in My warrior i Will be able to use the set with my paladin??? Thanks
Yep! It's all only armor restricted, not by class.

Luckily it only takes like 30s! If you've done it once, you get a skip let lets you skip past the first 3 chapters on alts. :D
Imagine saying you can get all but ALL YOU NEED IS 6 ALTS WITH THE SAME COVENANT AHAHAHA
