Beautiful, unique living space with all custom made furniture for functional and versatile living. Galley style allows travel with kayak or bike! Use with or without toilet/shower station. Inside there are home-like finishes with white cabinets easy to touch-up if ever scuffed, and modern gray waterproof laminate flooring. 4" foam cushions for comfortable seating and sleeping, covered in indoor/outdoor waterproofed fabric. The van's outside stealth appearance allows you to travel discreetly and safely, but there are lots of extras to allow you to expand with screen room, table and chairs when you're fully camping.
Single or double bed configuration sleeps 1 or 2. Single bed can also be configured to create a seat facing forward (good for using desk/workspace) and a seat facing rearward (to enjoy the view!)
Three 100amp batteries are concealed under bed, powered by 3 ways: vehicle alternator (professionally installed,) solar (two 100-watt flexible thin panels on top,) or shore power (battery charger is wired into system for easy plug-in.) 2200 watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter can run microwave as well as laptops and other high-wattage electronics.
Large Fridge/Freezer with dual independent temperature zones so you can keep your eggs cool but your ice frozen. Includes microwave. Several USB outlets for charging devices, and inverter allows plug-in for standard 110v devices.
Luxury kitchen faucet with powered water pump for significant water flow. Faucet swivels and extends to be used as an outdoor shower or to wash off the sand after your walk on the beach! 8" deep bar sink for food prep, storage, or hand-washing dishes or clothing while traveling. Soap dispenser installed for ease of use.
Side windows have screens that are meant to stay installed, so always ready for the windows down bug-free! Or, remove them if you prefer. All windows have black-out Reflectix covers for privacy and temperature management. There is a black out curtain that can be mounted to the windshield for space maximization, or it can be mounted behind the driver's seat if you wish to be discreet when camping in a public place.
Ample storage maximizing space in unexpected places. Plenty of room for dry food, clothing, cooking, and camping supplies. Can be sold with roof rack if you want to add an external storage container or kayak/bikes on top.
Includes instant pop-up screen room, as well as a surround screening that attaches with magnets to the open rear door to create a breezy second living space. Includes rechargeable personal air cooler, a fan that will blow cool air over ice to keep you cool! Includes fan for ventilation, LED light, and indoor/outdoor thermometer-hydrometer (sensor mounted below vehicle.) Includes dual burner propane stove, collapsible dishwashing bin. Includes 6-gallon fresh water and 6-gallon gray water tanks, both easy to access! Includes removable closet with significant room for clothes and supplies.
Van is in EXCELLENT condition. 67,850 miles, low mileage for a 2015 model. All 2nd and 3rd-row seats as well as an 8th passenger seat are available and can be reinstalled if you ever wish to remove the vanlife layout. 21mpg, so much more efficient than larger Sprinter models. Leather seats, automatic doors, remote start key FOB, Bluetooth, voice-activated control. Based in Central Florida.
This is an amazing setup! I'm about to build out my 2nd van. I saved this vid for reference because there are so many fantastic ideas! I know you posted this vid to sell this van. But I'm really hoping you leave it up after it's sold, and just rename the vid, because the ideas in this build will help so many peeps. 😀 Anyway, GREAT build! Have a spectacular day! 😊
Thank you so much, that is so kind!
Is there a bathroom! And How much? Looks good!

@@alvenatgolden1781 Hi! I have a toilet that I can either put in or take out. I didn't want it to be permanent because if I am traveling with another person I personally would rather not use a toilet in such a small shared space, but that's my preference it certainly could work even if the van is in the double mode. That's wild how much you have stored in there and how much power you have in such a small space. A microwave?!? This is an amazing build and makes minivan camping that much more accessible.
Thank you so much for your kind comments!
This is incredible! Everything fits so snug and nice and love the solar panels and the screens so that the windows can stay open. Wow. The pop-up tent outside looks super cool too. You have truly thought of everything when you build this.
Thanks Marit :)
I love this. Is it sold? What year? How much. You ought to sell plans. Please answer.

I am so glad I stumbled onto your video. So impressive. The best minivan conversion I’ve seen. Awesome!
Thanks so much Cathy!
This is the nicest van I have seen. You have done a great job on its design.
Thank you so much, that is very kind!
Thank you Lauren for the sharing! It's an amazing build. saved this video for reference for my possible camper van build this summer.
Thank you Mike, good luck on your build!
This looks fully equipped and comfortable. It's amazing how much you can fit.
Sweet build! Best of luck with your sale. It's a beauty.
I just bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna also so this video is a big help by showing me what I can do to build it out. Loved this video!
Thanks Penny! Good luck on your build!
Very nice build! I love your cabinets. You did a wonderful job.
Thank you for letting us in.
Hi! Thanks so much for your kind comments!
Excellent build out best one I've seen yet I was convinced I was going to do it a different way till I saw yours. Thank you
Goals! Seriously, this is gorgeous! You have probably sold it by now (April 25, '22), and I have too many financial hurdles (Darn it!) right now, but I will be saving this video. Thank you for your generosity in posting this and sharing your ideas!
What an awesome message thanks! I haven't sold it yet but I am getting to talk to lots of nice people as the video has been up. Happy traveling!

Wow, I am very impressed what an amazing job! The layout is perfect!
Thank you so much!
Wow, your van is beautiful. Very nicely arranged. Your power is great. Love it 😀
This is such a nice, clean, and practical van built. You really did put lots of thoughts and work into this. You are very talented, may be you should turn this into a business. I specially appreciate you took the time and answer all the questions in detail and share how you did the built so freely.
I would buy this van in a heart beat but I am not ready for full time travel yet. But I will be in a few years. Lots of interest in this van. You did a great job!
Hi Angie, wow thank you so much for taking the time to write such kind words. It feels so nice to hear from others with similar interest in the camping and traveling lifestyle! Hope you enjoy your next road trip!
Wow, what an awesome setup.
So organized and functional. 👍👍
Wow this is the most clean setup I see for a Sienna by far. I would love to have mine setup like this (something similar) Solar Panels setup.
Thanks Mike! If you want links to any of those parts let me know!
I liked your ideas. I wanted to see more on the tent.
Great set up.
Hi Toryann, here is a link for the tent. It is free standing so I can pop it up anywhere- I like that it can go on either side of the van, or can be in a separate area. It expands as an instant pop-up in seconds without having to assemble or break apart tent poles. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TXBB49X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1
Love your set UP!
I love your setup!!!
Love your set up! Hope to meet you down the road.
Very nice. I bought a 2021 last year. I love it but need to take out the second row of seats to do a camper build out. Your electrical build is perfect! I opted for thr 2021 because I wanted the hybrid /AWD option. Great video with lots of ideas for indoor kitchen etc.
Yes the 2021 hybrid would be amazing! Originally I thought the 2021 wouldn't allow for the 2nd row seats to be removed because of the airbags, but I recently watched a youtube video of someone showing how they can be removed safely. So that is awesome! Good luck with your build!
Looks Great! I wish I’d met you a year ago. I did as much myself that I could, but had to outsource some things on my conversion. And had to pay way more than you’re even asking. If I’d had this video then, I definitely would have stolen some of your ideas. Well done.
Thanks Jennifer! Maybe I'll see you out there on the road one day!
It is amazing! If I didn’t already have one, I’d buy it in a heartbeat!
Thank you so much Josefina!
Really enjoy your setup. Thats about what I want when I get a van
Thanks so much Victoria!
Your is the best minivan built I've ever seen
Thank you so much for that huge compliment!
Wow... awesome set up!
Now this is a nice setup
That is a very slick build. For a minivan that's a very full-featured setup.
Thanks so much!

Great idea on the magnets on solar panel 👍 thanks 🙏

Just subscribed to your channel on today (April 22, 2022 ) love your van set, up gave it a thumbs up , thanks for sharing with us
Thank you Bonnie!
Fabulous build so much room!
Thank you so much!
I love this van buildout. Hey I think I would try storing the bed panel extension under my mattress w/ non slip fabric like people buy for inside drawers & under throw rugs or flat straps or some other way to keep it in place, so that I could get to my side compartments.
Hi Alina, I think I understand your suggestion, thanks. Luckily though the bed panel that is kept behind the couch does not block the side compartment so that isn’t an issue. Also if I were to put it under the mattress like you described, I wouldn’t be able to also transform the bed into a rear and forward facing chair like I can do now :)
This is the best I have every seen good job
Thank you Karen that means a lot!
Best one I’ve seen. Nice job
Thank you Teresa!
Holy moly, this thing is dope! Did you build this? Great floor plan. Love the solar panels...nice and stealthy!

Thank you.
This is beautiful
Thank you so much!
Nice build!!
Thank you!
Beautiful build! What kind of magnets do you use to mount the solar? Have you had any issues with them coming off?
Hi Jordan, thanks! The magnets to hold the solar panels are "92-pound vertical force non shattering neodymium magnets with nut and washers," ordered from Amazon. The flexible solar panels have grommets that allowed the nuts of the magnets to go through, so that the panel itself isn't crushed between the magnet and the roof. They have worked perfectly, there's no wobble or movement of the panels, even at highway speeds.
This is really nice 🥰
Thanks Belma!
It's beautiful.

Perfect!
Inflatable kayaks are the way to go in most cases took the one I had down rivers over logs and what not and held up fit in a case n to heavy and paddle broke down and went in case lives it wished I still had it because van camping now instead of my regular kayaks
This is the best conversion that I’ve seen. Have you been able to sell it?
Beautiful build out, Lauren! Just wondering where you have room for dry, non-perishable food (other than the refrigerator)and other storage needs? Have you used a roof top carrier with the solar on the roof? Has your van been mostly a weekender or have you been able to travel for long periods in it? Also, have there been any mechanical issues with the van? Is it still under warranty? Thanks!
Thank you Phyllis! To your questions- I store dry food beside the microwave, sometimes inside the microwave, and in the drawers of the soft gray closet you see in the photos.
Under the bed there is 4.5" clearance for small bins, but also by lifting the bed into its "chair" shape there are 2 shelves of space, each 19"x 14"x 3".
About the roof top carrier, I purchased roof racks but never installed them, they are included in the sale. I am not tall and reaching a roof top carrier would be a hassle for me, plus would interfere with my plan to keep it super-stealth. If someone wanted to install the racks to install a roof top carrier that would not be a problem. It would interfere with solar power as it would block some of the panels, but the solar is only one small part of charging the van's batteries- it also charges by the alternator when I drive and by plugging it into a standard outlet for a few hours. So if you limit the solar you will still be able to be fully functional.
About the van use- I built it over the course of last year with hopes to travel this summer. However since my daughter's summer plans changed, we can't travel after all. It will sit mostly idle for the next year unless I sell it. If I do sell it, that will give me an opportunity to build out a new one over the summer when I can't travel. I really loved doing this project!
I have taken it on 3 separate local short trips, but nothing far.
Finally about the van itself- I own it outright, no problems at all. I bought it used last year so I could do this project. No prior accidents, the rotors and engine battery were replaced. There is no warranty.
Wow!!! Beautiful!!!👠🚌👠
Thank you Graycee!
Absolutely love this!!!! Where did you purchase all the things you have in your van such as the bedding and canines and sink?
Hi!
I'm not sure what you mean by "canines"?
I made the bed cushions by purchasing foam, cutting it to size, and sewing covers using upholstery fabric.
Here is a link to the sink: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085734LHX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
What kind of pop up tent is that outside of your van? Great van build. Someone will be lucky to get this one!
Thank you so much! The pop up tent is a 10- foot pop-up screen room. I also have the 6 side panels that can cover any/all of the side for shade or privacy. It folds in about 60 seconds with one person, and stores behind the backrest of the couch while I'm driving. Here's a link: Alvantor Screen House Room: Outdoor Camping Tent Canopy Gazebos 4-15 Person for Patios, Instant Pop Up Tent, Not Waterproof www.amazon.com/dp/B07TXBB49X/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_GXY3ZFKABC1RJHCDM483
1000th like (yeah)!
What are your thoughts on the personal cooler (AC), do you get a lot of condensation?
Also, girl where you at?!? I need help with my Sorrento.
Well, so far I've only camped on one hot night so my review is only based on that... but yes I thought it worked very well. With the large side window open, and the vent on the rear window open, I could use the fan of the air cooler to circulate the air. It was a nice and cool night, much cooler than if I had camped in a tent.
Here's a link to the personal air cooler: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XYQV3F4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
As far as condensation, this particular model has a lip below the fan which collects the moisture and drains it back to the main tank. The air that is blown out is very moist, yes, so there could be condensation especially if you don't have good circulation in the van and depending on the temperature/humidity in the environment.
In anticipation of this I did purchase this small dehumidifier: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000H0XFCS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The jury is still out on whether it makes a noticeable difference :)
Nice

How much are you asking for it?
Great job on the conversion.Where did u get most of your ideas from? other videos or people you know? How much of it did u do yourself- like solar ,wiring ,etc?thanks
Hi Sunny,
Thank you!
I first stumbled on Eric Enjoys Earth and Bruce Parks last May and was so inspired about the possibilities based on their designs and advice (Thanks so much to them!) I have also watched countless hours of other designs, but there isn't a particular one that I modeled mine after.
I came up with my design based on my personal need to be sure I could take my kayak with me on trips, I wanted something that could be completely stealth, and that had comforts of home that would allow me to camp for extended periods of time.) I did the design and build of everything you see EXCEPT installation of the deep cycle batteries, solar, and wiring of the alternator to the batteries. I have no skills in electrical work so I employed the genius of someone much smarter than me for that!
Beautiful set-up ❤️ May I ask where did you purchase your gorgeous carpet ?
Not fancy, that was a Walmart find!
@@laureng743 Thank you love it !!!😊
It's the best mini van build I have ever seen....how or where did you build the cabinets....I absolutely love your complete build....you did fantastic
Thank you for your kind words Kathy!
I made all the cabinets myself from scratch. I've been into woodworking for a while so I thought this would be a fun project to tackle. In fact, if I sell this van my plan is to buy another van and do it again, maybe with a different look or finish!
Sweet buildout.
Thanks!
This really needs a fiberglass hightop installed on it. Would make it so much better
Sure that would be awesome to stand up right? Although it would sure make me less "stealth"!
This is a wonderful camper van! Is it still for sale?
Wow this is awesome. Do you have video imstruction on how to build it?
Thank you! I have photos of the entire build process, maybe I can put them together in a sequence and post them.
Wow, so awesome. I am interested but you are so far away. Maybe i could fly there and drive it.back home for good deal
Florida is nice this time of year!
Great setup, Lauren! Did you make the side screens? They're perfect! If so, do you have a video? Or where to purchase. Thank you!
Hi thanks! I made those myself. I bought screening material from Lowe's, and strapping material and Velcro from a fabric store. I don't have a video for that but since you are not the first person to ask I'll put that on my list of videos to make :)
@@laureng743 they looked so professional! A video would be great! Someone is gonna love buying that van. I have a 2013. I love love love my Toyota Sienna!!! Such a dependable vehicle.
Right?! Toyotas are the best!
Love it! Interested in that bed, wood used ? Cushions made or purchased? Thank you!!
Hi Lynda, thanks!
For the bed I used standard 2x4s but then I cut them down on each side to get rid of the soft corners and edges so it would look like more refined furniture but still keep the strength of a 2x4. The bed surface is 3/4" plywood. All bed pieces are sanded and painted with an enamel durable paint.
I did make the cushions and covers. I purchased "medium" 4" foam (I think I would get "soft-medium" if I make another bed in the future. I used a carving knife to cut the foam into right-size segments. I watched a ton of RUclips videos about sewing and finally figured out how to make the covers- I used outdoor furniture fabric, sewed on all sides to tailor fit except the closure is Velcro so I can remove and wash or change out the fabric in the future.
I was wondering the name of the dual zone refrigerator? I couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Nice build. Well thought out.
Hi Sheri!
Here's the refrigerator:
www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B098JJP86K?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
Can you tell me who you used to install your solar and do your conversion? I can't afford the price of yours but I might be able to convert one with some help. Love your conversion! I live in Central Florida!! Even better.
Hi!
I did the entire build-out myself except for installing the electrical components.
I designed the layout, constructed the flooring, cabinetry, bed, kitchen, and bed cushions. It was a hobby that became an all-absorbing project last year as covid kept me at home. The only reason I'm selling is because I don't have the ability to travel this summer, so it won't get to be used just sitting in the garage!
The only part I didn't do was the installation of the electrical components. I hired someone much smarter than me (a mechanical engineer) to connect the alternator to the batteries, install the solar wires through the tail light (so it could be invisible and could later be removed without any damage to the van,) and install the battery charger that allows me to use shore power to charge the batteries. He doesn't do that type of work as a business though so I don't have a contact # for that part.
If you'd like to talk about your plans or consider ideas for your own conversion, especially since you're local, connect with me through the facebook ad and we can exchange contact info! facebook.com/marketplace/item/376718920966249
An interesting moment about keeping cool air inside using the refrigerator and fan. If I understand this correctly, the fan blow air above the opened refrigerator lip? If so then the refrigerator itself will produce some amount of heat...
Hi Dmitriy,
I'm not sure about what you're asking but I will try my best.
Are saying it would be possible to open the refrigerator and blow a fan over the top to force the cold air into the van? That is an interesting idea! Don't know if that would work?
I do have a "personal air cooler" that runs on the same concept. I fill the bottom tray with some ice and water (800ml) and a fan blows air over, pushing out very cold air. It runs on a rechargeable battery. Here's a link: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XYQV3F4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
@@laureng743 Hi Lauren, I got it now, nice setup, I'm in the process to convert my Sienna and I'm collecting any useful tips around the net. Sorry for my English :-)
Hi Lauren!
I’m unable to see your links regarding cost/other details. Is there any other way for me to see the cost and possibly chat with you about it?
I wish you had pulled the camera back instead of being right on it.
I would have liked to got a good look of how it looks just standing back and getting the whole picture of how it's laid out.
I do like that it's made with actual cabinets and an *actual* sink!!
I hate when people use bowls. They look worthless to me. All you could do is brush your teeth in it.
I think you needed a better fold up or down counter so that you could put the stove on it. Don't know where you could put it because I didn't get a good look at it.
*GREAT JOB!!!* 💚💚
PS I really like what you did with the screens. Great idea!!
I do wonder how you managed the back windows though. Do they have handles to open them??? 🤷🏼
Hi Shandele,
You make several good points!
So as soon as my teenage daughter is available to be a camera operator I plan to re-shoot the video. You make a great point about the close perspective and you're not the first person to say so :)
Also, about the cooking surface- I have a drop in cover over the sink, so when I cook, the propane stove sits on top of the counter top. Since this is right in front of the window, I am able to use the articulating fan to force the heat/exhaust out the window. When I shoot the next video I will be more careful to show that.
On the back side windows, I used Velcro again to cover that is installed under the Reflectix. When I remove the Reflectix, I can open/close the back windows and the screen is already in place.
Thanks for your questions!
Oh just noticed the question about handles on the back windows- there are no handles, they are power operated by a button on the van dashboard.
Wow what a amazing job you did. Did you build it yourself? And ate the cabinets attached to the floor? How much did it cost more or less to build ?.... ☺️☺️
Hi Sue, thank you! Yes I did the entire build myself, including design, flooring, cabinets, kitchen, and bed. But I did hire a professional to install the electrical components (solar, alternator wiring, deep cycle batteries, and battery charger.) Once those were installed I built around them.
To your other questions, the cabinets are bolted to the van itself with u-bolts, which sandwiches the flooring and thereby secures the flooring also. The total raw material cost was around $5300, but with a caveat: the price of almost every item has gone up, sometimes substantially, since I purchased them last year. Also, that is the raw material cost and doesn’t account for the time spent, the woodworking tools necessary, and the cost of professional installation of the electrical components. So the actual cost is higher of course.
@@laureng743 thank you so much ❤️

Great job on the conversion! What's the brand name for the refrigerator/freezer?
Hi Julie, the refrigerator/freezer is a Change Moore DUAL ZONE Solar Powered 12v Refrigerator/Freezer 48 Quart(45 Liter) 12 volt Cooler Mini Fridge for Vehicles Travel Camping Outdoor -12/24V DC. I bought it in October 2021 for this build.

Question do you know is a cot frame is good to sleep on?
I would like to know more about how your electrical system is set up... please
Hi Robb, here is a link to my video showing how the electrical system is set up: ruclips.net/video/cMkiSeryF4w/видео.html
👍👍
Did you make the window screens yourself or have them made? Nice van setup.
Thanks Pat. Yes I made the screens. I purchased a roll of screening material from Lowe's, and from Joanne Fabric Store I purchased: non-sticky backed Velcro (to be seen into the screen) and also sticky velcro (to stick to the van around the frame,) as well as some black strap material. I placed the screening material rough cut to shape against the window, laid over it the reflectix black-out window covers so that my final shape would accommodate them, then traced the shape with a gold permanent marker so the line would show. Then I sewed along that line a strip of non-sticky back Velcro with a strip of black strap for a more firm attachment. When I put the screens in, I did use sticky-backed Velcro which should come off easily later with goo-gone.
There is a quality of the plastic of interior cars, it is made of Polyethylene plastic, which makes it very difficult for things to stick. Since I didn't want the Velcro to be permanent that is fine by me.
However, there is a special super glue that will bond to Polyethylene plastic, which I used in two tiny spots above the back window so when I put up the Reflectix cover it will be secure and not fall even when the heat rises.
I’m sorry if it’s listed somewhere..... What is your asking price? You have done an awesome job!
Hi Becky! Thanks! It is listed for sale in on 3 sites. I can be reached directly through any of them. I decided to list the asking price on my ad links, so in case the price changes (I just reduced the price again recently) it will always be current on those sites. Here are the links:
