- After few days lying low with Covid, it's time to head a bit further south. We push another bar to get a good sailing window.
We cruise extensively along the East Australian Coast on our 13 meter catamaran. Join us as we explore new cruising grounds, cross bars, fix all kinds of problems, ride out rough weather and live aboard for extended periods.
We even have a playlist that gets us on other peoples boats.
We hope that our videos encourage others to get on board and experience this fantastic lifestyle.
If you want to follow us in real time check out our Facebook page ......

From an old Tassie sea dog... you don't come down to the 40s and expect Queensland weather ;-)
No....but a little more summer would have been noice.
Great way to spend my Sunday morning. Thanks, Norm
Thanks dude.
Great job norm
Thanks dude.
G00d 0ne norm. Be nice to share some chords with you again. The anchor winch is still good. Bassy.
There are two seasons in Tasmania. Winter and February. But once you get into southern waters you are never more than a few hours from safe anchorage, no matter what the weather throws at you. No cyclones, no crocs, no stingers, no sand flies, no mosquitoes. Fit a good diesel heater and you can sail all year round. You will often have the whole bay to yourself. But don’t tell too many people how good it is!
Yep..Tassie has heaps going for it. Fantastic people down there too.
May have another visit left in me. I'll keep it quiet though dude.
I love the content more wendy
Thanks Wendy. You must be Tim's dudette 😀😃
I just went hiking at Frecynet with my son camped at hazard bay. I will bring my Duncanson 299 down this way in a couple of weeks. love your work. Bonesy
Thanks Dude. Safe travels.

Many thanks!
Thanks Norm
Excellent video
No probs Richard
Hi Norm. I'm still enjoying your videos, since meeting you by chance at Ulmarra NSW, when you were tied up at the landing and playing the guitar, down below the Ulmurra Pub. I might run into you again one day. Maybe when you visit Iluka again. FYI - they started to demolish the old pub at Iluka and the new one will soon be under construction. Safe sailing..........
Great Kevin. I'll be back up there in a month or two. Will miss the old pub. It had lots of character....and asbestos.
@@MotorSailingforOldDudesIThe Iluka Pub certainly did have character and a gut load of asbestos. A temporary bar is being setup at the moment. It might be made from shipping containers, but I'm not sure. Time will tell. I hope I run into you again. This time in Iluka maybe. I'm often up there visiting my parents. Probably unlikely but if I do see you, I hope you don't mind if I say hello. 😁🇦🇺
Loving your videos.
Glad you like them dude.
