- Together with Ronald and Russell Bentley (both from Texas, US) we begin our journey to Donetsk People's Republic that to see what is really going on there.
We have started our way from Rostov-on-Don, Russia. This is the closest big city of Russia to the border of DPR. Our purpose is to show the life in the city and effects of the war.
Hello from Victoria Australia, thanks for another great video.everything looks so nice.
This haircut was better than your current one
Wow, can't wait for the next part
Is it safe to live there now? (Besides on the front line.)
There is no next part 😂😂😂😂
Beautiful city
Blyatiful conclusion😂
Thank you for being brave enough to say what you think, and thank you for helping people in Donetsk!
but it would be so much better if the video stayed neutral, without any judgements. It's more interesting just to see the area "from the inside"
Just curious what were the judgements ? I'm too lazy to search the video , only saw part
The opinion of the american is that America started the war in Donbass and that it is their duty to fix it.
Yes, stay neutral. The videos of places like museums, entertainment, etc are good.
How can people under attack be Neutral??
One day I would like to visit Russia nice place
Russia is such a beautiful country. The people are so nice. So much for the rest of the world to see if they go to Russia that I hope all of the world and Russia can trust each other and get over their differences and BE FRIENDS. Would be so nice if we could all be friends forever. No one wants war. No one wants to lose any loved ones. May there be PEACE. AMEN. Thanks for sharing. & Thanks to Ronald too.
Your American seems like a fantastic person!!
This aged like milk 😂😂😂
Is that a Vybz Cartel song on the radio at :12 mark?
Russia began supporting the rebels already in the hot phase, first look at the schedule. Donbass wanted a Crimean scenario, but Russia does not need Donbass. However, Russia does not throw rebels in the Donbass.
A mash up of two of my favorite people in the East!
His last words in typical american fashion "im sueing" or "i want my lawyer"
hi sergey!👋
This is going to boost your channel tenfold, keep up the great work comrade and a happy victory day!
Sergei, you have my respect for having the courage to go 'in loco' and show what we don't see in the Mainstream Midia. Congratulations on your work!
Thanks!
cool
Very cool trip.
Never expected to see you *there* Sergei! What initiated this trip? Before he popped up on your video I was thinking _Sergei should hook up with "Tejas from Donbass"_ (Russel). Weird, huh? It is clear that DPR & LPR want to be part of Russia, but I've heard that as "rusty remnants of the USSR" (old industrial areas in decay) full of pensioners ready to go on the dole they are not an attractive acquisition. I think (just my opinion) that these areas are insurance to keep Ukraine from ever entering NATO, as one of the stipulations for becoming a NATO member are that no areas of your country can be in dispute... IE, NATO doesn't want to inherit another country's problems. Understandable.
Thought you had vanished. Be careful .
Wow! Russell was just featured on CNN news here in the states!
Well, I'm sure the comments section here will characterised by civility, compassion and understanding. /s
Anyway, beside my sarcasm, I know someone who's been to Crimea in the past two years and it's interesting hearing about how it was for them. Also, question: in Russia how popular is flying over the train? Is the train between Peter and Moscow more popular than flying?
A trip specifically from Moscow to Crimea by train costs ~3000-5000 rubles for the 'platskart' type, the flight cost starts at ~10000 rubles, so, well, my family prefer the train.
Respect, I am very jealous as I wish to visit Luhansk, Donetsk, and Crimea. Спасибо из США!
Awesome videos : )
Do they have a English speaking unit?
you should do Luhansk next
This statue at 2:26 is just of standard Soviet soldiers. The heroes are those who stormed the Reichstag and raised the Soviet flag winning the battle of Berlin and ending World World War 2 are the true heroes.
Everybody is the hero. Before storming the Reichstag, was need to storm a lot of other places all over the Soviet Union up to Germany.
How's "Texas" doin these days? I hope doing ok. I would love to see those great monuments in Russia some day. I always think it's wrong the way Russia is viewed by the U.S. especially since Russia gave the Nazi scum their first defeats.
everything is fine with him, he is now in the Donbass
Waiting for his turn to grow sunflowers. Wont be long.
@@Xscott1000yup, it happened
very nice vlog , i like it so very much , looking forward to see more ..
Bentley is right. I am proud of what my grandfather did in WW2 (101st Airborne). I am proud America did it's part but if one is honest he must acknowledge that it was Russia had the worst part and did the most fighting. The other Allies would have won without Russia but it would have taken until maybe 1947 and millions more casualties. Much respect to Russia from San Antonio, Texas.
The British, the Americans, the French, the Australians all contributed. and maybe it's also because Stalin killed a lot of his own people, not to mention Ukrainians, by taking away the grain
I visited donesk in 2013 before the trouble. I still have the football team cap.
Good video. Very much I have wanted to help, especially the orphanages.
I will watch all the videos
wow! i didn't think u can do it. u r real man with strong guts
Good video.
So freaking happy you got to meet a hero of this Republic
Where's Russell now?
Dead
He's busy feeding worms
Я живу в Таганроге, черт возьми, ты был рядом!
Таганрог... это где живет чувак, который с телевизором разговаривает?
Oh ... Russell hello! We met with him in 2015. If he remembers - Леха!!!
And a big hello - Patrick John Lancaster !! A journalist from the Netherlands!
Bandera #1
Yes !!
I suspect Russell Bentley from Texas is from Austin, a very Leftist part of the U.S. The U.S. was very much involved in World War II, and, along with Canada, Great Britain, and the French resistance, liberated Northern Africa, Italy, France, Holland, Norway, and Belgium from the Nazis. No one gets all the credit for winning that horrible war. But the war could easily have gone in favor of the Nazis if Hitler had not made the foolish mistake of invading Russia. Maybe he never heard of Napoleon's experiences. The Russians certainly suffered more and lost more lives than the other allies. But everyone did their part to win the war.
Wow, Sergey, I have enjoyed your VLOG, but this is straight up propaganda. Please get back to your old style of vlogging.
Yeah, I didn't mind the cashbery ads but it seems Sergey is becoming a bit anti-western. After 5 years its time to bail this channel.
Russell Bentley was quoted as saying that he would gladly help destroy the USA. As an American citizen, I'm just not okay with that. Sergey's vlog has in the past been a bridge to our two countries. This series with the Bentleys does not do that.
It's propaganda because it only agrees with the "putin" version
lazarus lorenzo by the way, it's hard to believe but Cashbery is one of the reasons why my channel has changed and it's totally fault of my own audience who were going to kill me for those Cashbery videos. Who made a frank sabotage of my channel just because of Cashbery ads. That's when I decided that I never care about what people will thinking of me and my videos anymore and I started to show only what I really wanna show. So from this point of view my vids now even more "no fake no bullshit" as before.
lazarus lorenzo By the way, Cashbery still works PERFECT! People thought I am a liar but I appreared to be a PROPHET!
Damn.. the static noise between some takes is annoying.
This is so freakin' ridiculous when you making a trip to Donetsk and somebody complains about some static noise! :)
It's nice that someone from west don't believe BBC and CNN fake news. I know for Russel, i follow him on YT. He is a brave man. Sergey, show to others what is really happening in DNR and LNR.
Срђан Ранђеловић Exactly!
I agree, Im so glad you called CNN fake news...because they are.. Take care
fake news?
It's good that he supports Russia & Donetsk but he is a communist so he is equally a brainwashed fool
I did.
How to find Russell Bentley on the internet? Anyone who knows please share his channel 🙏
He has a Telegram Chanel
@@freddyfassbender1694 could you please share 🙏
You can find him if you dig a little. Not sure how deep they buried him.
One correction. They did 80% of the dieing, not 80% of the fighting.
Official data:
85% of the German armed forces perished on the Eastern Front (in the war with the USSR).
Together with their satellite (Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, etc ..) about 6 million people. (this is the total loss - missing the missing, fatally wounded, irreplaceable loss).
Total losses of German troops in the entire 2nd World War - 5.2 million people.
General data: 85% of German troops perished on the Eastern Front.
The USSR destroyed 506 German divisions and 107 divisions of Germany's allies (on the Eastern Front).
On the Western Front, Africa and Asia - the Allies destroyed 146 German divisions.
The division on the Eastern Front was formed according to the signs - "necessity". For example, on the Eastern Front, the number of aircraft in one army was about 700 pieces, and on the Western Front about 100 pieces.
Alexey thats a lot of death. Sadly many millions more people perished. I think I read one country alone lost 20,000,000-27,000,000. Some folk seem to forget those poor people who were trapped between the socialists of the east and socialists of the west.
In my opinion, when world wars happen there are no winners. Only losers and bigger losers.
The USSR and the anti-Hitlerite coalition won and the Soviet people also won. There are winners in the war and there are losers.
This Germany began the war and fascism.
very nice video, long live DNR and of course Russia
Well Russia lost so many people in the 2nd Word War.
I think it's a crazy coincidence that he had such a large jump to such a nice appartment in St. Petersburg around the same time these DNR videos came out. Not saying he's a bad guy, but if he's getting offers of a nice appartment and money to place the DNR in good light I can see how he could be corrupted for the betterment of his family. Maybe im wrong, but it's too much of a likely possibility. I guess everyone does have a price...😢
Ahaha! How you guys loves to talk about something you don't know! Many times in my videos I mentioned that I've got a chance to buy a new apartment in Saint Petersburg thankful to my investment to Cashbery. Also I told about Cashbery many times here since 23rd of May, 2017.
It's ridiculous if you think I've got paid $140,000 for a three day tour to DNR!
Invest into Cashbery!
Real Russia
It's kind of funny how you don't start these videos like you used to. Not Saying, "No fake, no bullshit." What is the reason they allowed you out of all the news outlets into one of the most censored regoins in eastern Europe? You and RT only, vice news got arrested, BBC have to stay with the OSCE, and especially no U.S. news in the DNR .
@@colinjohnson6454
its inconvenient truth. Understand?
@@colinjohnson6454 when we in Belarus had problems with migrants on border with Poland no western media wants to come and to show it. Inconvenient truth for them.. but they would say "we couldn't get there, was censured"..
Never trust media.
Had no idea Texas was still alive
He is dead
Well now Sergey, l'm concerned for your personal safety, and your A - political, or non political status for Real Russia Channel.
Congratulations. Very brave of you to venture in to a war zone. There is very little English language reporting coming from this region right now so you are providing a vital service to the world. Much respect to you.
I watched the whole video and just want to ask those whining about propaganda - WTF? Where did you see it? Two people sharing their thoughts on a subject are propaganda? You may not agree with them, but to unsubscribe from a rare channel where you can find out what life in Russia is really like just because of something like this? Good riddance. It only means you didn't care about Russia to begin with if taking any perspective favouring its stance in international affairs causes a kneejerk rejection.
You can't care about Russian people in general wuthout caring about Russia. And if you've come to care only about Sergey's family, it's doubly unreasonable to chastise him for uploading such a video. Why shouldn't he, if it happens to interest him? The affection must be quite superficial for people to unsubscribe from this channel at the first sight of a differing opinion on some political matter.
This is funny how chickens like you automatically mark all different opinions as propaganda. I am amazed with how the sofa warriors like you pretend they knows more than people who personally was there.
Сергей, тебя теперь занесут в список на сайт миротворец.
karma
And now hes dead
Hope you won't end up like South Osethia and Abkhazia.
Or Transnistria...
But you already got used in the bid game of world politics.
Wish for peaceful reconciliation with the Ukrainian people.
Cause they are not such fascists as pro Russian media says.
I lived in the Kiev, as Serbian and didn't have any problem with the locals.
People are great in both countries, but politicians are corrupt.
До свидания

David Djukic Yes but my US media and state Department think DPR people are bad guys ! I do not believe this as my friend lives in Donetsk.
_Cause they are not such fascists as pro Russian media says._
_I lived in the Kiev, as Serbian and didn't have any problem with the locals._
Don't mix up common folk with those who rule that country.
Epsilon not mixing at all.
My own people experienced much more damage caused by the west imperialism.
And I don't what that to happen to any small nations.
It is easy to spark hate between people, but to reconcile is difficult.
Ps I heard for Azov division and Правий Сектор while I was in Kiev.
But these nazis are about 5% in their politics.
Plus, I also heard about tragic deaths of Giwi and Motorola, heroes for freedom.
They were killed in strange manner. Because someone want frozen conflict in Ukraine, not a free Novorussia. Think about it.
This isn't a black and white story.
Про Россия tell me about it.
Everywhere in the western Europe think that Serbs are murderers or criminals.
Because we let few idiots to mark our reputation and CNN brainwashing.
So guilty is divided :)
DPR and LPR won't reconcile with Ukraine, as long as Ukraine has this government.
smert rashestam
You guys have nothing better to do with your lives?! Adventure seekers..
I would not bet on that with my life. Absolutely not a 100% return on your effort. Possibly even has a reverse effect of contributing to further conflict. Plus, risking scrutiny from security services of your country.. But that's your thing man..
Texas got banned wahahahah
The Freedom of speech at its best!
the russians banned him from breathing....
@@vulgar_scabby_beaver he dead?
@@o.oo.o2001 apparently so, yes.
Good job of quoting old Soviet era facts. Any credible Russian historian today will assert the USSR could have never won the war without the massive economic/military aid combined with allied bombing of Germany's war economy.
StalinTheMan0fSteel Like? And lend-lease was 5% of ussr production while Soviets bombed Berlin since 1941
The Soviets never bombed Berlin until the last month of the war. 5% of the total...maybe...the Soviet Union produced billions of bullets over the course of the war. Lend-Lease was more than 50% of the important things. Multi-Millions of tons of food. In the first month of the war, 95% of the Soviet Union's Transportation system was destroyed. More than 90% of the Soviets Rail equip was sent by the U.S. along with hundreds of thousands trucks and nearly 18,000 aircraft (mostly transport). along with millions of tons of other vital equip. combined with the fact that Allied bombing, by 1944, dropped German war production by 50% along with destroying a huge amount of Germany's road and rail system. When the Russians entered Germany in January 1945, Germany was a heap of rubble.
Real Russia?? This episode is Real Ukraine. Make sure you show the Russian military and mercenaries in Donetsk so we can see real aggression from those who started this provocation.
+1. First dislike
Mercenaries are on the Ukrainian side and they wearing Nazi swastikas.
Mike O'Leary PhD dear, citizens of Donetsk are russians, its their nationality. It doesnt mean that their military is from russian federation. But you can call their military russian, its ok, as they are russians.
Срђан Ранђеловић yes you did a good job listening to Putins national speech. Good boy. Both sides have bad guys I am sure. Russia clearly started the provocation to destabilize their neighbor who was becoming more western. There must be consequences!
Elis D mother Russia and father Putin would be so proud of you good service Elis. You will be given extra rashions this week.
Lmao it’s ukraine
zzeBIGcosmos it's not
Glory to Ukraine
Sorry but im gonna have to unsub. I was hoping to see more real Russia not real Russia propaganda.
Neeno
Many people of Donbas consider themselves Russians. Many of them live in Russia.
Neeno That is unfortunate you are infected by MSM propaganda media.
Love Russia : They should move from Ukraine to Russia then.
Truth is propaganda idiot?
About Russia : Its unfortunate you are infected by STATE OWNED propaganda media.
