I realized my teeth has a dent it (after removal of a baby tooth beside this teeth- it seems like my mouth was a bit overcrowded), and I asked 2 different dentists if it's a cavity to be filled and they said no, and just left it as is. I am going to try this method of remineralization
Do you have any recommendations for natural mouthwash? I purchased the TheraBreath mild mind mouthwash but I’m not too sure if it’s great for the mouth despite the ph being an 8. Also is there a supplement you like that contains all the necessary minerals?
You mentioned xylitol mints. When i searched in eBay, i found a product called Grants Xylitol Mouthwash. Is one better than the other? Or do you recommend both? Thanks for your great channel. It has really educated me, and given me more interest in my mouth.
The mints or gum stay in your mouth for 2-3 minutes and stimulate saliva, a mouthwash while useful will not be as effective as it doesn't stay in as long and you spit it out with the saliva that builds up
Can be a sign of systemic health issues. First see a dentist get a professional assessment and clean. There are lots of tip sin this video for you ruclips.net/video/cKpO8uKj0FQ/видео.html&ab_channel=EvolveDentalHealing
and they have not said it is bad but are concerned it might be while they investigate further but question why they banned it after studies show it is more effective than fluoride in preventing tooth decay
Just because it's banned does not mean it's bad. Sometimes ingredients get banned because people are lacking common sense and use it too much or in stupid ways.
Thank you for this video.
My pleasure!

Dear Rachel!
If I mix xylotil powder (100%) in water and rinse with this after every meal or drink is effective?
