Steve, what an awesome showcase of what this food hall has to offer! So glad you had space for dessert so we could see an option of sweets! Thank you for the great video 🔥🔥🔥
In the Salt Center is the Highway Inn, definitely my #1 place for cozy atmosphere and great food, plus desserts!!! Near Salt Center is H-Mart (upstairs food court) has Giovanni's Shrimp, also in the North Shore. Rainbow Drive In (plate lunch), Leonard's malasada, Dole Pineapple Whip, Shave Ice-Waiola is best!
Thanks Steve. Love you food videos. We're actually going to Waikiki in May and didn't realize there was a new food court. Can't wait to try all the food there. Just a suggestion, it would be helpful to put in the prices of the dishes to give us an idea of what to expect. Have fun in Hawaii.
Being Japanese, futomaki sushi, which is what it looks like here does not have raw fish in it. I didn’t eat raw fish till my 30’s and as a little kid, I gave ppl strange looks when they said I ate ‘raw’ fish when I told them I ate sushi b/c all I knew back then was futomaki, kappa maki, inari and takuan sushi, none of which had raw fish in it.
@@sigiloXXX , hehe. You’re probably more Japanese than I am. I am impressed that you know some of the Japanese words! Enjoy! I grew up more Japanese Hawaiian than Japanese American (there is a difference. :). ).
I walked past this place all week, and I got home today and saw this video! SMH! I was too busy eating strawberry papayas, apple bananas, mangoes, and those yummy acai bowls from island vintage every day. I can't complain about these 5 lbs I gained on this trip! 😂
Udon is made from wheat flour, soba from buckwheat flour, Japanese vermicelli aka long rice in Hawaii, from mung bean. Suspect that ube noodles are made from Okinawan/Filipino sweet potato (depending on who you talk to)-lol

Prices are displayed in the menu shots. Otherwise, you can always look on the website for that info.
I was there that day when you were filming your video, I was the guy who asked you for your RUclips channel. Lol
Omg I’m so jealous because I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii 😩 it looks so beautiful . That food looked absolutely amazing 😍

Nice arrangements. ✌️👍😋
Awesome job, Steve! I'm getting hungry...😋Have fun in HI
Much appreciated
Ube soba or ube udon is probably the rarest thing. The thing is that you are also pleased with your swanky Hawaiian shirt.
Wow..yummy..👍👍💕💕
great job as usual Steve ! As soon as Buddy Bear starts generating income - - I'll head back to Hawaii and spend the week eating down there. haha
It’s u-don and HO-no-lulu. The best Asian places is going to family reunions in Maui & having home cooked meals by my relatives. lol!

Hawaii is my favorite place on earth! Enjoy 😉
fresh made udon??

why you look like you're in pain every time you take a bite?
Why are they called UDON noodles? Is it the thickens of the noodle or the taste??

Steve, how are you not 300+ pounds?
Labor costs are so high they now use machines for Gimbap. People better take notice.
you can't just eat @ 0ne location 😋
