    Thank you for the valuable information! Just a few weeks after my knee replacement (9 years ago now), a friend told me that she got so used to limping before her surgery that she continued after as a habit. That made so much sense! I was limping for several years before my surgery so I continued to limp after. Once I started paying attention to my gait I was able to stop limping. =D

    Thanks for the pep talk! Sometimes it seems like our bodies just wanna break down. But maybe with a little more effort we can get over the hump. Deep breath, I guess I have more work to do.

    Thank u Dr🙏. I had my bilateral knee replacement 9 months back. I have doing my stairs up and down using the railings support. How can i gain enough glute muscle strength to go stairs without much support? Give advice

    Hi Dr.
    I have been watching your million dollar worth videos but Alas...i was too late to watch it. The knee meniscus repair surgery is already done and the surgeon shaped my meniscus because it was a discoid meniscus.
    Unfortunate, i haven't healed yet even after 6 months of surgery. Still limping and lates MRI shows that there's a mild lost of lateral and medial cartilage.
    I am only 17 yrs old. Will i be able to recover completely 😢😢😢😢

    1) Use a cane or walker;
    2) Get more glute strength; and
    3) Get more foot strength.
