  • Another draft analysis from ESL KL! This time it's game 5 between Azure Ray and Gaimin Gladiators, just thought it was a very interesting draft to cover as well
    Video footage courtesy of ESL (Dota replay system is broken) :(

    I think one of the hardest thing in Dota is drafting. That’s why it’s always fun to see the logic behind them (esp. during LAN with panel KheZu!). Seeing it comes together in game though… just beautiful.
    Would definitely love to see more breakdown of drafting in the future. Maybe showing the actual part in the game where the draft is in action?

      right? I'm really rooting for the rise of chinese dota again. Just fun to watch as I'm getting a bit bored of Eu dota now

    Amazing video, I get all excited when I see a notification from you because it's always super well thought out, very well paced and presented and I don't know how else to put it other than that you just LEARN A LOT; Not only do you learn just raw info about hero matchups and stuff you also learn how to better understand Dota as a whole.
    I think this content is very special and It really saddens me that people haven't caught on yet. Also you should probably just do and post stuff more often and not be super concerned of the 'quality' because you got it I think even if you just do a 10 min podcast with yourself on any Dota topic it will work.

      Слова Хезу о доте кажутся некоторым из нас, игроков, библейскими

    • @yshno5128
      @yshno5128 5 месяцев назад

      Возможно, это потому, что хезу очень увлечен этим, в то время как другие больше увлечены деньгами. Если бы я был достаточно богат, я бы пожертвовал немного хезу, он наверняка заслуживает большего

      Ye cause most players don’t think of dota as a team game; they don’t care how the five heroes in a team can act as a unit or how a team plays the map, most of them just want to be the main protagonist of their team and only care abt KDA or farm

    this was the most impossible game for faceless void to actually kill people in chrono , and frankly i have never seen a draft where all 5 heros can cover eachother so perfectly vs chrono . they were laughing after they stole void since they knew that gaiming had dug themselves a hole too deep with that steal to recover from with just the final 2 bans and last pick

    Good video boss. The g4 draft was fantastic to watch too. Luna got overrun early game but AR held on bcos they could fight with nyx and bat

    Im thinking if they pick earthshaker mid its pretty decent against OD since you are a totem build and pango offlane is a great matchup against naga and es is versatile if he got his aghs. And it will mess up AR positioning since you dont know who will jump in your face theres a echo , crono and rolling. But i see AR lineup is pretty solid a complete all arround tough to deal with.

    GG having already lost to the void in game 3 with the exact same openings from AR might have been why they picked it over playing against it. Cant help but feel AR pulled some serious mind games on gg.

    Amazing video, I also think Dark Seer could have worked for GG, they get aoe control for Naga and supports, and has a nice lane.

    A little disappointed at how they immediately dismantled the AR lineup and put three of their players back to XG, but left out lou and LaNm.

      Xinq confirmed 3 of them are actually stand in for AR, their are signed by XG from the start also XG and AR are owned by 1 person, but AR status are stack with no salary while XG is proper team with salary
