You are a best.
Oh my God! 😯 Thank you so, so much! ❤️❤️❤️
I do have two microscopes. But I do not use them for jobs like these. I mostly used them for replacing QFNs and other ICs, and for COF cleaning during pre-bonding. Your comment is golden, however. Thanks! 🙏
Gracias! 🙏

Hmm... You think? 😊

Deeply appreciated! 🙏
Thank u double image problem c cable and cut left side
Yes. Cutting gate signals to the faulty side often solves the problem. 👍
Bhi track cutting se bhi kar sakte the😂
You're right! This can save you a lot of time, though. 🙏 You're appreciated
It's one screen. After soldering that side of the COF, I disconnected the gate lines there using a razor blade. I often do that because some panels after disconnecting the gate lines on one side still need additional work which the already soldered tracks will make easier. All that you see in the video is an actual repair, nothing dishonet. No solder bridges. I've been doing felx soldering since around 2002. Thanks for your comment.
Nice
Thankful 🙏👍
You have youtube chanel sir
Right, sir 😊
Berlaku hanya untuk sementara
You're right. While some screens fail soon after the fix, many are known to have lasted for years. A Neighbour's TV was a good example. An LG, he only brought it back after 4 years. Your comments are appreciated. 🙏
😊
Bad method. This is not the correct way. You just have to disconnect the damaged circuit, not take off the hood.
Thanks
Did you cut some trails in the end?
Yes, I indicated that. You're awesome! 🙏
Yes, I could have done that, but the video shows it could also be done this way. Thanks for your comment. 😊

Hmm... Not sure what you mean. The tip shows one way to fix the double image problem. If you need clarification regard may details, I'd be happy to help.
@tgetvtips Hes wondering why you had to cut part of the flex
You mean cut part of the flex (COF) before soldering?
If he meant cut part of the flex before manually bonding it to the PCB, I did so so as to allow for more heat transfer from the iron's tip to the PCB while manually bonding. If I hadn't cut the flex tip, the iron's bit wouldn't have had more area of the PCB's traces to touch, so less heat would have been transfered resulting in a messy result. Hope that was clearly explained?

sure u are not engineering this work like batatos sellare repair
😊🙏
How do you lose gate signals?
Maybe I should have said "disconnect", in stead of "lose". Apologies for that. Your time here is appreciated.
@@tgetvtips I rather meant what action is happening on the video? Camera angle doesn't allow to see properly. My apologies to make it more confusing.
@@AlexMetslov I get it now. Video shows the repair of an LCD panel that has the common jumping/double picture problem, usually caused by a loss in or short within the left or/and right gate signals lines (for GIP screens). By disconnecting one side, you get to see if the picture is fine with other side connected. If the picture isn't fine, you do the reverse (reconnect back disconnected side with previously connected side disconnected, then you power on to see if the picture is now okay. If not, that would mean the gate signals on both sides of rbe panel aren't working properly. I hope that's clear enough. Your valuable time spent here is deeply appreciated. 🙏
Material of great interest, thank you very much for sharing it, it would be great to have slightly more visible shots in the following videos
Disgusting
😊 Thanks for engaging here
