Hey Chef! I made your Jambalaya pasta for my family last night and it was incredible. Because I couldn't get tasso I purchased a smoked turkey leg. After removing the meat I threw the bone into the broth with the shrimp shells and it added a nice flavor. Thank you again!

Wow I've done this before with seafood and instead of stock I used half and half or heavy cream. I honestly never thought to just use shrimp stock a definite must try. I've just been calling it cajun shrimp when I make it. Thank you

I did it!!!! This is a fool proof recipe as I screwed up a few things and it still came out slammin!!!! I forgot the pork, the crab boil and bought be-headed shrimp. Also used too much stock so it was too watery. Didnt have celery and had to use book choy....anyway, your flavorings and layers of flavor made up for the mess ups and the dish was delish!!!! Thank you, you have made me a better cook!!! 😎

I did it!!!! This is a fool proof recipe as I screwed up a few things and it still came out slammin!!!! I forgot the pork, the crab boil and bought be-headed shrimp. Also used too much stock so it was too watery. Didnt have celery and had to use book choy....anyway, your flavorings and layers of flavor made up for the mess ups and the dish was delish!!!! Thank you, you have made me a better cook!!! 😎
