If you are a F2P/low spender and still on the fence in pulling Boothill, i'd suggest waiting for the dev livestream of 2.3 before making a final decision. Also if i'm not wrong, before this banner is gone, you might have a sneak peak in the future characters of 2.4.

Tempted by Fu but the desire to save for Ruan is too great
FuXuan no longer that great since many enemies have AoE, DoT, and CC attacks now. Go for Huo-Huo instead, or perhaps another 5 stars sustain in the future.

@@jerryeljeremy7790 Nah, a properly built FX have zero trouble solo sustaining in the hardest content (even with all the AOE, DOT, and CC). The main reason FX isn't that great now is because the meta is moving away from crit hypercarry, so her utility is diminished and not as universal as it used to be.
@@seventwomaddy yes but that's only AoE from elite in MoC or PF. Now Imagine bosses or weekly bosses in an endgame mode with buffs and a lot of CC (cough in Apocalyptic Shadow). I'd rather use Gallagher or Huo Huo

I am holding on to my pulls for The Goat ruan mei . I will do just fine with gepard and gallagher . GG & Swam disaster can wait .
Either i will be pulling aventurine on next rerun or new 5 star limited preservation whenever he will drop.

I have been following Nubs since he plays raid
Today, I dreamed about having Fu Xuan in 10 pulls.
I did 30, didn't get her 😢 E4 Pela so it's still good :D
Waiting for Huohuo , maybe Ruan Mei , maybe Jade , maybe Firefly , we will see 😄

Fu Xuan is still the best sustain in the game IMO. I say this as somebody who has both her and Aventurine, Aventurine works better in FUA for sure, but outside of this team I think Fu is more general and certain things about her kit - like the guaranteed CC resist (works great against the Aventurine boss for example) making her slightly more reliable. Also for anyone who has Acheron, DHIL, Jingliu, Argenti, Fu Xuan is best in slot for sure.
Idk man, she’s good against mobs.
But there are a lot of boss fights that use AoE that turn her into a floor mat.
You’re probably better off going with Gerardo or whatever that ice shield guy name is.
Her passive crit is nice, but the take away from actually survivability doesn’t seem worth it

@@sergioleal613 Saying Gepard has more survivability than FX is just crazy talk. I know FX is more comfortable to use because they're both the only sustain characters I use. Gepard has a big problem with chip damage, if I didn't have his E1 to keep freezing Aventurine (and god-tier relics, my Gepard is probably the best built if I rate my relics), my team would have died twice over. A properly build FX (just get her to 7000 HP, which shouldn't be that hard) has no trouble solo sustaining indefinitely in MOC 12.
I want to play FUA but missed adventruine. I have Robin, Topaz, and Ratio. Think I might just play some random support with them until his re-run in like a year

Just started, and my account is do poopy bad i joned around end of robin banner i wanted tpaz/nebby tbh. Im super jealous. i have some good 4 stars, and the only 5 i got beside the mc is the knight from belobog Blonde. I saw an ad for a girl in the game that uses a ice sword i believe she was blonde is released already or no?😢
Apocalyptic Shadow doesn't looks like really has the single-target focus people are assuming it does.
The first one is about weakness break, and both bosses throw up additional targets and mechanics to interfere with directly damaging the boss.
Apocalyptic Shadow being ST-focused is just a meme, not sure why it's so widespread. It's basically just a more restrictive MOC, with the bosses getting buffed so you need hyper-specific elements and team comps (which coincidentally lines up with banner of the week).
it literally is tho, you need to finish bosses and can ignore mobs. The most ST dmg possible is the strongest there
@@bennogb5069 You haven't seen the AS bosses leaks yet, have you? You *can* ignore the mobs, but they have mechanics/gimmicks tied to the boss.
I've got 2 teams rn: Acheron, pela e6, guinafen e1, Gallagher e2
DHIL, sparkle, tingyun e4, fu xuan
Would silver wolf be a really good idea? I really like the character, but I love kafka and bs more and not a lot of pulls
in 2.4 will be a 5 star Pela that heals, your beest bet.
But if you like her go for it.
Already got ruan mei and i got aventurine i dont want boothill but im more torn on choosing either fuxuan or firefly.
Well ruan mei and the new free mc are the best options for a firefly team and aventurine is a overall better sustain then fu xuan in the firefly team. Go for who you like but I think firefly is better for your account. And you also get a free galagher in 2.3 wich is also top for firefly.
I pulled for fu xuan and gonna start saving for ruan mei
I'm skipping everyone in 2.3 so far. I'm really curious who they plan on dripping for 2.4

i already have ruan mei, is it worth it to get boothill and firefly? i really like both characters
They both work very well with Ruan. Go for it since you like them! There is no "Broken, must have" character on thee horizon either.
So in short, Boothill does slightly more single target damage, but is useless in Pure Fiction. Firefly does marginally less single target, but miles more AOE damage. If you had to prioritise 1, I'd go for Firefly. The other issue, is let's say you want to run them both in Memory of Chaos, right now Firefly needs Ruan Mei and Harmony MC. Boothill needs Ruan Mei and likes to have HMC but may also work well with Bronya. So you won't be able to run both units optimally if you own them both.
@@lukekartsI like boothil more since I prefer single target type and and aoe type(will get Dan heng dragon version one for sure)..I tend not to be very greedy and just stick to current one I have..I also like MC harmony in the team so is win win for me...
I planning to get ruan mei since she work well with boothil,but I need to wait for her banner come...I just need to get Greg too..do u think lynx is good replacement temporary until I get Greg?
Also any idea replacement for ruan mei for mean time? Even tho I know that ruan is best option for boothil...I have bronya and MC for the Break..just need get Greg and Ryan but no idea alternative good replacement for both of them
