What type of modem and firmware are being used in these? I bought my last modem and case from ya'll and may be needing to replace

It uses a customized 5G modem firmware that is exclusive to the InvisaGig. Based on the Quectel RM520N-GL currently. It is made to use with any router/wifi system you'd like, not just openWRT routers.

I can't get a response from the support team. I've tried everything and still can't connect via the sim card after the reboot
