As a cancer survivor, who has to be hyper vigilant for a return visit, it is very comforting to know that passionate, dedicated and focused people are always working on such worthwhile projects. Onya Mates👍

@@jezwc actually oncology field is purely evidence based. So we, oncologist always have to keep up with new researches and evidences to improve treatment of patients.
This is not necessarily a good thing for all types. There are a lot of cancers that remain undiagnosed in people in their 90s without complications. There are cancers that are less dangerous than the treatment. A lot of people have cancer that will remain undetected or will go into spontaneous remission without even knowing it. Sometimes early detection leads to unnecessary treatment that can actually do more harm than the cancer itself. There are even some types of tumours that have been "downgraded" by doctors because of this very reason. Before improving detection, improve treatment, otherwise it's pointless.
How to prevent it ,will be a little better , study whish foods or environmental places they live , or what kind of people of people they are, are they having a lot of toxicity in their toughts , how is their flora??

I also think this talk should've been given to someone who actually has cancer so we can hear from them... Would've been more knowledgeable than learning about stuff I don't even care about, wtf is safe sequencing nonsense...
