Good video a few things i'd add is you protecting yourself from chemical absorption through you skin and wear pants and long sleeves when you spray. I'd also use granules on the yard it will extend your coverage line and stop pest from getting around the pool. Also a winter spray as soon as the weather starts to chill is needed. Its a common misconception that you don't need pest service in winter but in your wall voids is where the bugs go to survive the winter and its the place they hang out lay their eggs when its cold outside, especially spiders and scorpions going in through he weep holes.
Hey I noticed around 4:20 you had the port on the wall that they can inject the insecticide into the walls. Just curious if you use this service? Is this not needed and a gimmick? I have it in South FL but considering dropping the company who does my quarterlies/port injections.
@@MrGizmo211 That's good to hear. Do you also apply anything else or only Demon WP? Also, did your house come with the green termite sentricon stations? The first year it was free with our home and then I signed up for the yearly warranty of $300 full coverage(up to $200k claims coverage if any problems). Just curious if you think this is worth it too. TY
@@danield1673 just Demon WP for the bugs has worked for me. I had the green termite things when I moved in and I didn’t get the service. 3 years in I had to pay $1300 for termite remove and prevention. Might be worth it!
@@MrGizmo211 Yeah I might keep the termite stations(300/yr) but stop the quarterly maintenance's(450/yr) and treat exterior myself. Only concern is the wall ports wont be treated cause the company who does it now is the only one who can. Plus i live in S. Florida. It's like Jurassic Park here! lol We shall see. Thnx

My house has those lines. I never used them because of the expense. I always had good luck with just spraying the perimeter at a much cheaper cost.
