These guys are fucking amazing & SO much fun live! I think he's Freddie Mercury's bastard child! CANT wait for the new CD! These guy's are going to be FUCKING HUGE! OH YEAH!!!I'm 51 & haven't heard anything this fresh since WolfMother!
That floor was rippling under my feet in vibrations of everybody jumping in time. It was a very massively moving experience, 100% love vibe. I adore how this band channels it everywhere they play.
rock never went anywhere........its all rock and rollat the end of the day , regardless of genre tags stuck to music Looking forward to seeing these lads very soon ...
I've seen them in concert 3 times this year...December 8th going to see them in Louisville, KY. If you ever get a chance to see them live GO! They are awesome, each time they've gotten better.
Was here and this is now the third time I've watched this. Fucking hell they put on the best shows I've ever seen. Seeing them again in Reno in a few days!
This band will be so dam big here in the U.S. the U.K. won't play them on the radio so what we will here.Their songs are already big in the South which is where I'm from Huntsville Al.They play them here!!! Boy's you are the bomb! Maybe we will see you here one day soon!
Saw them in New York last year. One of the best, most energetic concerts I've ever gone to. They're gonna hit the big time. They'll be playing stadiums soon. They're gonna be the next biggest rock star.
This is AWESOME!!! Thank u so much 4 posting! I fucking LOVE THIS BAND & haven't had a chance 2 c them live yet...omg this is great!!!! These guys r gonna b HUUUUUUUUGE!!!!! thx again!!!!
We just saw them in Austin when they opened for the Foo Fighters...they were amazing!! Their energy was great and really got everyone warmed up for the Foo's! Luke has an awesome presence and I couldn't help but think of Freddie Mercury!
I saw these guys 2 days ago at FPSF, and it was fucking lit. They incorporated the crowd soooooo many times, they never bored us AT ALL. I feel like these people are the next wave of a semi-glamour rock genre. God I love this band😆✌️😆✌️
I can't wait either... and yeah haha Luke is crazy. I love how easily he can control a crowd. I definitely gotta see them every time they come to the Bay Area.
EXCELLENT Film quality on your iPhone 6 Plus MCR!! This reminds me a lot of the show I saw in Toronto a month later. (The Struts played The Opera House in T.O. on December 13th, 2016.) It's obvious these guys are one GREAT new Rock band, in the grand old tradition of the Stones, Queen, etc. I was lucky enough to hang out with the band for a beer or 2 in a pub after the show! It was a Freezing Cold night, and I was talking to some girls outside their tour bus. The Struts came out for a smoke, and then we hit the bar across the street from the gig! Luke wasn't there, but Addo and the rest were there with the crew. Good People!
BradWietersen That is so cool! Glad you met them. I’ve talked to Adam/Addo on Instagram from time to time. (He follows my Green Day fanpage greendaypictures because he is a big GD fan) and he is such a chill dude. I hope to meet them all one day. You’re lucky. Thanks for the sub, btw.
My pleasure for the Sub. Great Video@!! Thanks! Yes they're very cool dudes. Adam is very chill as you said. If you go to one of their gigs, hang out at the end as I did, and maybe meet the boys for a pint. Talk some Green Day, Another great band !!
Yo Shane just wanted to pop I’m here and say i just got into the struts freakin love them I’ve followed your insta a long time and damn you kill it on content
Aries0224 I was there, too. Didn't know who they were but recognized many songs. I didn't get to listen to their whole set, wasn't my hubby's thing. I'd love to see them again! I'm now a fan!
Hey.. wondering if I could ask you a question, do you remember what time they came on stage? I have tickets for next week but I can't get there before 10pm... there's two opening acts so I'm thinking I'll get there just as they come on but I'm worried the Fillmore might have some weird rule about shows ending early...?
I Dig these guys. Luke Spiller is a Fantastic Showman and is one of my fave Vocalists, but 5 string bass isn’t very Rock n Roll they need a more glam type low slung bassist..and they are far from reinventing the wheel but they do it very well indeed. The song kiss this begins with a riff very similar to G&Rs Welcome to the Jungle and then spills into the Scissor Sisters take your mama out. The Struts are blatant and unapologetic thieves of the glam elite, QUEEN, Bowie, Trex, Mott the Hoople, SLADE it’s all on display here, this is only me as a songwriter pulling back the curtains to let you see the little man pulling the strings. then again EVERYBODY WANTS All The Young Dudes that’s Rock n Roll isn’t it kiddies “MCR already visited Queen City with the Black parade record. but Gerard Way is no LUKE SPILLER. This man is a GEM a Saviour of Rock n Roll. Representing Curry, Tyler and mostly Mercury he has the showman routine down. And with The Struts, you know that you are always going to get a great Show. And just pretend the songs One night only, and only just a call away, do not have the exact same chords and you’ll be just fine. !!!Rock On!!!
I wanna reprinted this video into Chinese and posted it on a local forum, Now,i just need to confirm whether you allow me to do so,if you MIND what i did, please tell me,thanks😃
I wonder what their "policy" became for playing songs tuned lower live... They usually just play things a whole step lower if that's the easiest way, but they play Kiss This down a major third from the album. I guess I can't blame them- playing everything like it is on the album as frequently as they perform must kill Luke's voice.
Not only are these bands like Greta Van Fleet and the Stuts copycatting the sounds of these classic rock bands but they are also copycatting the ridiculous look and costumes of the classic rock bands. I have much more respect for the Seattle grunge music scene than this stuff since they made it cool to not only sound different but to look like the average audiences that they played for in their concerts. A tshirt and jeans is the typical clothes that a large majority of rock and metal fans use for clothes and why not look like your audience. The tshirt and jeans are more rock and metal than dressing up like a clown. Dressing up the way they do is pop not rock or metal.
@@efrenherrera4468 - Luke has a great voice and energy. Lets not kid ourselves, Luke "borrows" a ton from Freddie, Mick and Bowie. Those are big shoes to fill. Just wish he wrote classic songs like the three he is copying....
Imagine if the UK had sent this band to Eurovision four years ago? A band who did a cover of one of their songs on X Factor won Eurovision and the UK complain that Europe don't like them but just keep sending boring, poorly staged dross.
The Struts are amazing! Luke Spiller is the best thing that has happened to rock since Mercury.
These guys are fucking amazing & SO much fun live! I think he's Freddie Mercury's bastard child! CANT wait for the new CD! These guy's are going to be FUCKING HUGE! OH YEAH!!!I'm 51 & haven't heard anything this fresh since WolfMother!
He's better
Talk about entertainment. These guy is got it. Do you wannà.........
That floor was rippling under my feet in vibrations of everybody jumping in time. It was a very massively moving experience, 100% love vibe. I adore how this band channels it everywhere they play.
Give them a few more albums to bring rock n roll back and get huge. The energy will still be there.
rock never went anywhere........its all rock and rollat the end of the day , regardless of genre tags stuck to music
Looking forward to seeing these lads very soon ...
the struts will bring rock back and john mayer will bring the blues back.
Mick and Freddie had a love child, and his name is Luke Spiller.
With a little Bowie thrown in as a Godfather, maybe?
Well done for filming and uploading the full gig. I wish they were big in UK. They deserve to be.
they will be. We tend to adopt other nations bands and sometimes miss our own homegrown talent
Couple of years behind, but thanks for posting this. They are all so talented and Luke is an awesome front man and what a voice!! Thanks again
I've seen them in concert 3 times this year...December 8th going to see them in Louisville, KY. If you ever get a chance to see them live GO! They are awesome, each time they've gotten better.
I'll be going for a third time this year... And I'm excited like it's the first.

these fellas remind me of cheap trick a little . . their good.
You can hear my terrible singing at 10:11 thats so weird that I can pick my voice out wow I didn't realize I was that annoying.
Phoebe Mortensen it's hard to hear yourself to correct pitch in the middle of a crowd, don't beat yourself up over it
Needs more cowbell

Luke sounds like Freddie and I for one think it's awesome. Reply and let me know your opinion.
Who the hell would be at this concert on November 2nd, 2016? Do you not realize the Cubs won the World Series that night?!?!

"glam type low slung bassist", you mean a poser is more important than a musician? Music first, always.
Luke moves like jagger sings like Quiet Riot
I wanna reprinted this video into Chinese and posted it on a local forum,

Go ahead! :)

This weirdly feel like your watching a cover band.
Of who? They're original

Good band but they could use a lead guitarist imo
Dr. Cornelius Q. Cadbury They do have one. His name is Adam Slack.
I broke up MCR He doesnt really play lead in a traditional sense.
It always feels muted.
