+Dana Bellefeuille That's why you get a deposit with their credit card - in case of that. Rentals are not for everyone --- but many people manage them properly and make it work.
Vacation rentals are a LOT different than long term rentals...people do Not have time enough to get too comfy in a vacation rental. Yes, there is the exception but for the majority of the time...
Full occupancy rentals can be a headache if you don't keep really close tabs on well referenced tenants, but this is short term rental property. More like a fancy cabin in the woods rented by the night or week. I have rented a place out for over 30 years and had the place somewhat trashed (took more than a week to clean and repair) only twice. Most of the people were really nice, and some have remained friends even after they moved out. You've got to be picky when you are a landlord, but never lose your "nice."
Its small and nice. I love it. I dont like travelling or going anywhere in the winter but I can escape to this I guess for the weekend before all the snow. Its really nice.
My first thought as the camera panned to the right and into the living room was that the window was about four feet too short. There is no way a person could sit on that couch and see anything but tree tops. It looks SO out of place way up like that. What were they thinking? It looks like it was in a daylight basement room! When a home is placed in a beautiful setting such as this, people want to be able to sit inside and SEE that. That goes for both bedrooms. Those windows are all too high for people inside to sit and enjoy the view! Personally, I would have floor to ceiling windows in those three rooms. Built by city folks, that's for sure. "Block out those neighbors!" Sigh. If it were not for that, this would be a beautiful place.
I so love this cabin. I want a similar home. Floor plan's great too. More importantly, it's a small house. I love small houses with smart floor plans and use of space.
Vincent Miceli, the tub in a bedroom thing is common in vacation rentals, particularly those in places like Tennessee, Kentucky and other mountainous states
I like the layout of this house. However, I would add a shower to upstairs bathroom and remove the tub in downstairs bedroom. This tub area would make a great place for a comfy loveseat.
....No wonder.....I just browsed through the dates of the replies on this home...I had not realized this home had been on you tube for sooooooo long....it just popped up today for the first time when I logged on...oh well, you snooze you lose! Oh, and DAVID WAITE....."cute as can be"....lol....[sorry, always one jerk in the group ;) ]
Jonathan Midkiff now why on earth would you think that? No price is given, because the prices change - people lower the prices, sometimes a person will buy and resell. So if you want the price, go to our free website - doesn't cost a dime.
Thumbs up for the builders and interior designer. Unfortunately as my dad said clear back in 1972 ... "The workers who build can't afford them." That hasn't changed.
It is a masculine house, loads of wood, tiles and the idea that it is romantic to have a bathtub in the bedroom. For my taste it is too dark, too woody but of course I don't have to live there. It is just that from the outside it looked a bit more promising. But all in all very impressive craftsmanship - just not for me. Can't see anything cute there, either.
Just $150 a night....this is 10 times better than staying at the Marriot. Gorgeous....peaceful serene......pure bliss. Nice. Great place for writers, artists/photographers etc.....love it.
If you like this cabin, you'll love this new property we are getting spring 2018 - Stone house on 18 acres, barns, creek - ruclips.net/video/EDOwk11YEck/видео.html
you had me until you got to the bathtub in the bedroom - to me that ruined it all - I have seen this before where there is just a bathtub (no other "water" fixtures) in the bedroom and I think it is a total waste of space - to each his own
+jmarylastone I think the idea is that you can fuck in the tub or the bed with privacy if you bring kids... not explicitly stated, but the "How Romantic" line strongly suggests this.
+jmarylastone Yes, I totally agree! It just seems unnatural to have a free standing bathtub in the bedroom! UGH! He had me until the bathtub in the bedroom! That's what the hot tub on the deck is for! Seems so robotic with the bathtub in the bedroom. Hot tub on the deck, more natural!
+jmarylastone That's because its meant to appeal the vacationer lol. It's not really set up with someone living in it full time. If you were to purchase it that tub can easily be removed and put away or sold. sink can easily be removed as well. Take that space as a nice little office nook with a desk or something. But, once again. That is a rental cabin and has the rental cabin appeal. I think its cool and I don't think my girlfriend would mind taking a hot bath in the bedroom before going to sleep lol.
I don't get into hot tubs or bath tubs in places like this. I always figure someone different has had sex every other week end for a year. Just grosses me out.
Be glad that they even include a washer/ dryer, stove, faucets DUMBASS which really they didnt have to spend money on to include for ungrateful ass people like yourself! I'd love to see you wash and hang every item, cook on a grill or over fire and live without running water for a week since you wanna complain about how this or that isn't pretty and new ( basically). ABSOLUTELY HATE snotty ungrateful materialistic people like you
LOL, the windows are so high in the living room you cant see out of them unless you are standing up ...sorry that SUCKS. Otherwise it's great even the tub in the bedroom, it feels wide open instead of stuffed in a tiny room.
+Jaz & Keli Badillo - No price is given because prices change often - people lower the prices, sometimes a person will buy and resell. So if you want the price, just go to our website - BluegrassTeam.com - and/or tell us exactly what you're looking for - BluegrassTeam.com/homefinder
Hello Jaz and Keli, There is a project in the Caribbean that consist in the a month vacation every year free for life. If you are interested. It consist on time deposit of 750 dollars that will give you a month vacation every year. The place is planned to have maids that will prepare and clean the house for when you guys decide to get your month vacation during any year. If you decide not to go you can also give that month to another family of 5 if you don't plan to vacation for X year. Have a good day.
I have been educated from the past bad experience in renting. I have purchased broken down homes (as is properties). Fixed them up, brought everything up to 100% code. I have rented them out, and I still in the process of renting. I have rented to families that took pride, and care in living in my rental home, and then there others who took advantage of me deeply. They literally tore up my rental property. I tracked them down through there employment, and references. I brought justice to them, with pictures to the judge proof what was done of my properties. They had to pay for the damage that was done to my rental properties. Now days, I have decided to rent my properties to corporations that have international employees that have employees and families living here in the United States 7 to 15 years. My homes come with all the bells and whistles, so my customers come from europe just suitcases of there clothes. Nothing else .
Hi Dan. I tried to email you and didn't work. I also tried and use WhatsApp to text and the number didn't show up, so I just texted you from Canada regarding this home. Thanks
I agree with the other ladies. Tub in bedroom gone. Wall it off add a toilet and vanity. Add tub shower combo to the upstairs bathroom. And try and figure out better seating in the kitchen. Oh and whoever hooked up the washer and dryer should be punished by having to do laundry there for a week. Get a bigger washer and dryer set and if stacked put them in the middle of closet/closed bi fold doors not behind the open right side door. How can anyone do laundry when the bi fold lands right in center of the washer and dryer. A sliding barn door would better when the washer and dryer needs to go in a closet. I really hate bi folds on the laundry areas in vacation rental
I like that this tiny house look spacious and actually livable the only thing is i would want more then that 1 bath tub just incase i have kids or even guest who needs to shower wouldnt want a bunch of traffic in and out of my room invading my personal space

Forget renting that out...lol....Id live there til the day I died!! Exactly what I would love to be able to have.
Same here, I'd live full time in that. Perfect size for me.
I have had rentals for years,, all they do is wreck stuff,, best to buy it and retire in it,, awesome cabin.

Just LOVING this one , maybe one day
I love this cute cabin...wish I lived there! ❤️

So cute! I'd love to have this cabin!
Love this cabin, it’s perfect
I so love this cabin. I want a similar home. Floor plan's great too. More importantly, it's a small house. I love small houses with smart floor plans and use of space.
It was looking half decent until it got to the part where a bathtub was in the bedroom. Who thought that was a good idea?
Wendy Desmond p
Vincent Miceli, the tub in a bedroom thing is common in vacation rentals, particularly those in places like Tennessee, Kentucky and other mountainous states
Vincent Miceli , agreed, very strange, that would be the very first thing I took out
Vincent Miceli Me. I'm a disabled Veteran. Looks like a Good idea. ☺
Obvious you never took a bubble bath....lol
Love love love it! Would live there myself year round.
Ive seen this 2 times & love it more love the out side i would retire there call it a day very well done
red river gorge is one of the most beautiful places in this country.
This is what my husband an I need because of our legs an knees going out on us. I sure wish we could have something like this.
I'd like the floor plan on that baby. Nice!
I'm pretty picky on homes and cabins but this cabin is totally my favorite. I would love to retire there . Great job builders
I would live here year round . It's that nice .
I like the layout of this house. However, I would add a shower to upstairs bathroom and remove the tub in downstairs bedroom. This tub area would make a great place for a comfy loveseat.
we have a penalty flag on the field... over use of the phrase "cute as can be".
+David Waite your observation is as cute as it can be
Nice place
But cute as can be too often ugh
Yea , huh !
it really is gorgeous , but it cant be cheap ...
Love this cabin just not a huge fan of having a bathtub in the middle of your bedroom lol
I didn't find that a sell point either. Make it a small bathroom, with a shower.
Agree. Great location, stunning home, but the bathtub in the bedroom is odd.
Lol I like it and my cat loves sleep in the tub
Well, depending upon the heat, etc? It's not such a bad area to have a bath.
The bathtub is for the Man to sleep in, When You Kick Him Out Of Bed For Being a Pain in The A€£.
I love it ill built one exactly like it here in Texas,
"Just as cute as can be!"....I would agree w that.
Tried finding this home at your website to no avail!
....No wonder.....I just browsed through the dates of the replies on this home...I had not realized this home had been on you tube for sooooooo long....it just popped up today for the first time when I logged on...oh well, you snooze you lose!
Oh, and DAVID WAITE....."cute as can be"....lol....[sorry, always one jerk in the group ;) ]
You give no information other than the nightly rental price and how cute the place is. I suspect a bait and switch scam.
Jonathan Midkiff now why on earth would you think that? No price is given, because the prices change - people lower the prices, sometimes a person will buy and resell. So if you want the price, go to our free website - doesn't cost a dime.
Is this cabin still for sale?
Needs a full bath upstairs and I'd live there! Beautiful!
Yes! It makes more sense to have a full bathroom upstairs!
Thumbs up for the builders and interior designer. Unfortunately as my dad said clear back in 1972 ... "The workers who build can't afford them." That hasn't changed.
Adorable...i want one!!!
The presenter of the home is really enthusiastic about the cabin! Lol! I love the place - would like to live in such house.
It is a masculine house, loads of wood, tiles and the idea that it is romantic to have a bathtub in the bedroom. For my taste it is too dark, too woody but of course I don't have to live there. I would love to have a floor plan.

if you move the camera I`feel sick..
How much is the cabin to buy it?
So why not just throw the price out there? That would be the last place I'd live, it would do real well. If the V.A. would cover the loan.
Just picture me making quilts there
I'm trying to figure out why a bathtub in the bedroom is romantic. Unless you rent this place out by the hour....?
I like that this tiny house look spacious and actually livable the only thing is i would want more then that 1 bath tub just incase i have kids or even guest who needs to shower wouldnt want a bunch of traffic in and out of my room invading my personal space

It could be made for less than $195K
Taylor $200K for a cabin is ridiculous... in Pennsylvania that would buy a 4 bedroom house ( land included ) just as cute as it can be
He said 150$ a night 4:01
