- Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m going to share with you how to make the best carne en su jugo, it’s super easy and delicious!!!!! It is perfect for a cold, rainy day or just to simply enjoy it on any day .Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe , this is the way I was taught and I hope you enjoy it! - [ ] Ingredients:
- [ ] 2 1/2 lbs beef steak( I use ranchera but you can also use diesmillo)
- [ ] 2 lbs bacon
- [ ] 15 tomatillos
- [ ] 8 chile serranos
- [ ] 4 cups water
- [ ] 6 big green onion ( chambray )
- [ ] 1 bunch cilantro
- [ ] 1/4 white onion
- [ ] 2 garlic cloves
- [ ] 2 tbsp chicken bouillon
- [ ] 1 tsp oregano
- [ ] 1 tsp black pepper
- [ ] 1/2 tsp while cumin or 1 tsp ground cumin
- [ ] Salt and Pepper
- [ ] Garnish- (optional)
- [ ] Frijoles de olla (pot beans) recipe here : • How to Make Refried Beans
- [ ] Chopped onion and cilantro
- [ ] Lime wedges
- [ ] Avocado
- [ ] And you can not forget the corn tortillas 😅

My mouth is watering so much right now. Cilantro and tomies and Serrano is the best green salsa. A local taqueria makes the green salsa. It’s so dang good. Tacos come with the works radishes all greens cabbages. I get cheek and tounge meat. Lingua. Cheek meat is great.
