I am loving this workout, its doing it for me, I havent worked out in years & this feels explosive, I love the feel of blood pumping, it has been a very very very long time, I am so glad that I found this short video, I am truly loving it & best of all my body is reacting positively to it. Most workouts hurt me badly but for some good reason this lifting motion is not messing me up & I am able to feel the full workout like never before, 👍🏿👍🏿 AWESOME. DC
What's a recommended weight for this workout for someone just starting. For reference, I'm doing kettlebell swings using 15lbs, but I hurt my back previously going to heavy to fast and im a bit scared to get injured again but definitely want a challenge. I'm also 4'11 and weigh 135.
I would recommend just going down to 10lbs for a little bit, Then once you get the motion down and feel more comfortable you’ll be able to move up in weight no problem. (Edit, You would be surprised in how little weight makes such a big difference, Bowling definitely made me realize this lol)
Im female, 5'2", weigh a little more than you, and have some body areas that are sensitive to strain. I hike a lot and have been using 5- and 8-lb. weights for awhile. Transitioned to kettlebell recently. Started with 10 lbs, which gave a great workout w/out injury. few weeks in I went to 15. Was the right approach. Dunno your age, but I started by looking at 'fiftysister'channel in YT, who advises working up from a lighter weight. She does a great routine, is in great shape and very engaging. Also incorporates jumprope routine..
Am I missing something, dude is just going from a double handed clean to a goblet squat, How does that destroy your wrists? This is about beginner friendly as it gets.
I like adding in a slow Rdl to explosive clean, then squat.
Looks like a ton!!
48KG 😤👍

Each time we do a set of goblet squats, we do at least one of these

It's too heavy for him he is jumping yo lift and letting it fall movement on the lift should be smooth also on the way down.

This is a quick way to destroy your wrists. Better to hold the kettle by the ball and make your chest work out.
Agree!

Is this even a complex lol
