- THE SPOOKIEST ACHIVMENT IN CK2? EASY! Or well, not super hard! I, Koifish, Will show you how to easily get the Dark Lord Achievement in Crusader Kings 2.
In this achievement we have to become the leader of Lucifers Own! Now that's what i call a good and SPOOKY CK2 challenge! Can Koifish climb his way up the ranks of the secret society? Will his family live long and prosper? Will they buy a house? WILL THE HOUSE BURN DOWN? If so, let's hope they had propper home insurance, or a very good attorney!
I'm playing with all the DLC, including the latest (and greatest): CK2 Holy Fury!

Just my favourite part of this video... imagining that scene with a pentagram in blood on your forearm as you explain to medieval priests you fell and tripped onto a star shaped metal object. This whole video is gold dust, your comedy keeps me sane. I've also never seen so many failed assassination plots before in a row lol Ansfried tried literally everything he even shoved a fat man off a roof at you. That's either dedication or desperation I'm not sure but this is Child of Destiny levels of escaping death. Now I wonder how children of destiny deal with satanic demon child assassins honestly... that'd be some super neat special interaction if it existed.
The spookiest thing is that shrewd, genius, patient, strong, erudite, lustful, ambitious woman that could have been your heir. That's truly cursed. I've never seen a character that powerful with baseline stats that wasn't a child of destiny. God tier character right there.
That was a Child of Satan, they are almost as good as Children of Destiny.

What I find personally funny about the duke Lucifer part of the story, is that, despite being rendered 'Incapable' by Wilgefortis' needle attack, he somehow managed to survive multiple assassination attempts on his life, to such an extant that Amsfrid tried to kill you himself, and when that failed, screamed, "WHY WON'T YOU DIE?!?!" That and the fact that Lucifer managed to live into adulthood, and died from presumably a less murder-y cause (... though Wilgefortis is still out there, SOMEWHERE...).
Anyone else feel like having everything go wrong on this kind of run is the right thing though?
