The "back shoulder over" to Rex was one of my favorite plays of the game. Now if we can get that same level of chemistry on back shoulder fades, we'd be in business.
This is amazing. Thank you. I know absolutely Jack squat compared to what you're sharing here. Thank you for showing us these minute things that you can only learn by playing/coaching at the levels you've played.
Question for you or anyone who is smarter than me in the comments, but on the Parker Kingston TD throw it worked so well that the LB that was matched up with Deion Smith took his eyes off him once the lateral was made, hypothetically say the LB stays on Deion, what does Parker do? Does he still try to make the throw? Does he just run with it as if it was a screen play?
my questions is, why didn't slovis account for that extra player? is it not built into the pre-snap reads to throw away from that extra defender if he's present?
You are the first person to ever explain most of the defensive sets in football. Thank you, J Beck

Love this content. Shows that ARod called a hell of a game. Helps us to see how there is a chess match going on right in front of our eyes.
Thanks for the great break down and insight. Glad I stumbled across your channel.
Incredible content, John! I hope you keep doing this.

BYU should hire the QB Whisperer as QB coach/Asst. OC
