From a Razorback fan, Congratulations to BYU. You all deserved the win. Your receivers made some unreal catches. I know a lot of you traveled a long way, so I hope you had a good time in Fayetteville and were treated with respect. Good luck the rest of the way.
I believe they have a lot happening there. The Mormons planned a big weekend there. I think they are opening a Temple in the Rogers area tomorrow.

I was at the BYU-Arkansas game in Provo last year. I was blown away by the amount of kindness each Razorback fan had that I ran into/talked to. Truly a phenomenal fan base. Y’all have a big fan in me. Best of luck moving forward 💯
A couple of years ago, it would have been completely different. As a part of the Razorback fan base, I'm glad to see the majority has matured and improved their sportsmanship.
That is our Pro team. All we have is the Hogs and We love them, but we also respect others.

Byu fan here. On both of those plays I was groaning about missed opportunities when the ball was in the air... just for our receiver/TE to pull the uno reverse card with highlight reel catches.

@@kennyharrington6835Linemen are considered ineligible receivers. Unless they line up off the line of scrimmage or tell a referee they are eligible.

the problem for arkansas seemed to be the 4th and SHORT offensive plays. I swear they ran the exact same play over and over and it killed them. it was like giving BYU the specifics of the play before they ran the play. BYU will get better. but I still don't think they will finish in the top 6 of their conference. sitake and his crew will get OUTCOACHED on a lot of conference games. and they will lose all those games.
Great show of toughness from BYU. So far away from home and going down 0-14 early in front of a sellout SEC crowd. Fighting back to take the lead, only to fall behind 10 points. The mental toughness on both side of the ball to come back once again and win the game. Wow. Just wow. Well done, BYU. Well done.
Hope Arkansas can bounce back, and really hoping BYU can continue the momentum. Kansas won't be easy.

It started out looking like it'd be a very embarrassing blowout loss for BYU, but then BYU came back and won in exciting fashion. Go, Cougs!
As a BYU fan, im thrilled, but as a football fan in general this was just a treat of a game. There was always something exciting happening on both teams. It was well matched and compelling and had me glued to the screen till the final play.

As a byu fan, my exact thoughts after the two quick arkansas TDs were “ok so it’s gonna be this type of game” but byu rallied and ended up snagging a hard fought W. Respect to arkansas they played really well

BYU has one the toughest schedule in college football this year, especially their away games. They should be ranked in AP Top 25 next week.
I disagree their offense has a lot to prove yet.
BYU is new, they're doing better than most people thought but it'd be crazy if they even get a winning season.

isn't arkansas a lower tier SEC team. BYU probably will get a top 25 ranking but I doubt they deserve it. I still expect them to end UNDER 500 for BIG 12 conference play....unless they can have a few more freshman step up big in coming games.

As a BYU fan I’m so surprised they showed grit and stayed in the game. Last years team would have curled up in the fetal position. I love the Arkansas VS. BYU matchup. Hope we can play more in the future.

Man, given the way we BYU fans were treated by Oregon and USC fans the last time we played them, it’s refreshing and restores my faith in humanity a little bit to see the class with which the Arkansas fan base operates. Truly an example of Southern Hospitality.

Go far? Did you see how fast and physical that BYU defense was? SEC defenses are 100 times faster and more physical!! Did you see how KJ made several mental mistakes? He’s incapable of playing the QB position under stress and pressure when behind. They’ll be LUCKY to win 6 games this season. I was sure the losing streak wouldn’t start until week 4 in Baton Rouge but BYU took care of that. You’re looking at a potential 5 game losing streak. Get ready!!

Amazing game. Gotta say though…I knew that BYU was going to be super passive on their last drive. While trying to kill the clock, they lost yards and missed the field goal attempt. Wish they would be more aggressive for that first down to seal the game. Fun game. Win is a win. Gg Arkansas

@jerellwoods844 they typically win a lot of big games too. More so than the vast majority of any other P5 teams. They single handedly dismantled the entire pac12 2 seasons ago.

We loved hosting the Razorbacks last year and felt the love from the Hog nation this year in your home. Thanks for the great atmosphere, environment, and friendliness. Glad we pulled out that win, but I know the Hogs are by far my favorite SEC team and will cheer you on for a very long time. KJ Jefferson is a stand up, class act. Really enjoyed this little series between our schools.

I'm not sure if Raheim Sanders is the difference maker or would have been, but I do feel something is off with KJ. To go from a 300 plus game with 5 td's and no int in 2022 to 247 with 1 td and 1 this game it makes me wander if he's not 100% healthy. I honestly can't see BYU being that much better in just one season and the previous games this year have been ok stat wise at best for KJ. He's not the same player this year that he was last year. Something is definitely going on, whether mental or physical and I do hope Pittman and the coaching staff can and will help him. Prayers go out to him and the team
BYU defense looks a lot better overall. New defensive coordinator.
The difference is Kendal Briles left, who is an offensive genius, and Sam Pittman brought in Dan Enos who totally switched the offense to a pro-style scheme which KJ is not use to and it does not work for the kind of quarterback he is. The same thing happened to Will Rogers at Miss. State. He went from being dynamic in the Mike Leach offense, to a quarterback that does not even look the same in the pro-style scheme that they switched too. It's kind of sad for both quarterbacks.
This game was like a heavyweight match. Every punch was a potential knockout blow. Fun game to watch. Loved it.
BYU has got a lot to improve on though, d-line needs to give more pressure (did good at the end jeez) and the o-line can't fail like that. Good game for everyone though.

Good game. Not going to get too excited. BYU is good at showing the flaws in teams that are struggling. (Ahem 2013 & 2014 Texas massacre) We will see if they can continue the momentum or if this was just a fluke.

I was in the Razorback Band and Hogwild Band (Jim Robkin) back in the day. There was nothing worse than going into an environment and getting yelled at and feeling threatened. And believe you me, it happened. I am so glad our fan base treats our opponent and it's fan base with warmth and respect.
I would have truly taken Arkansas as a threat in the SEC if they would have beaten BYU. I have followed BYU since the days of Lavelle Edwards. BYU has never been given the respect they have earned.

I had a needlessly long comment so I'll keep this one short bc this is what I really want to know: I wasn't able to watch the game - why in the world did Arkansas lose? GG to BYU or whatever but still... I figured it would be like 40-20 AR...
12 penalties for like 140 yards and timely fumbles and interception by KJ didn't help.
If you listen to Arkansas' coach, it was the BYU pass rush. BYU defensive ends either winning on the edges or drawing holds.
